Team Building Process:

pinsir-mega.gif

Pinsir-Mega (M) @ Pinsirite
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Return
- Quick Attack

A fairly common set. SD setup to break walls.

tapu_koko.gif

Tapu Koko @ Electrium Z
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- Taunt / Hidden Power Ice

I choose Koko as the second mon cuz it cooperates well with Pinsir. Koko can threat most walls that can stop Pinsir, and it's equipped with ElecZ to break some bulky mons. There are some ground-type walls that can stop koko from Volt Switch, so I prefer U-turn. Taunt and HP Ice are both useful so I haven't decided which to choose as the last move.

jirachi.gif

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 208 SpD / 32 Spe
Impish Nature
- U-turn
- Healing Wish / Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Iron Head

Here we need a bulky Steel Type which can stop Fairy/Psychic Types. Why Jirachi? It's a nice Rocker, and it supports the team with HW or Thunder Wave. U-turn makes it flexible. 32 Spe allows it to outspeed Tyranitar.

gliscor.gif

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 152 SpD / 112 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Defog
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Toxic / Knock Off / Taunt

Since we have Pinsir, it's really important to keep the field clean. Glisor is a dependable defoger cuz it has strong viability and it's not afraid of most Rockers. It's specially defensive cuz it needs to switch in to Heatran and Electric Types. It also forms a defensive core with Jirachi. Now I use Toxic as the last move to chip mons like Zapdos that can't really get hurt by EQ. However, Taunt plays an important role to prevent opponent from stacking spikes or setting up, so I'm still considering about it.

tangrowth.gif

Tangrowth (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Def / 228 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Giga Drain
- Rock Slide
- Knock Off
- Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Ice

Now the team is afraid of Water-Types, so AV Tangrowth is a suitable counter. I choose Rock Slide cuz I don't want to give a free switch-in to Volcarona and Charizard. HP Fire is useful to hit Ferrothorn and Kartana, but HP Ice can be much helpful when encountered with SpD Zygard, so I choose HP Ice atm.

keldeo-resolute.gif

Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Icy Wind
- Secret Sword

Finally we need a scarfer to raise team speed as well as deal with dancers. I'd rather use Keldeo than Protean Greninja cuz Keldeo is more bulky, so that it can always live after +1 Extreme Speed and wouldn't get too much hurt when switching in to mons like Heatran. Because Pinsir can revenge kill Volcarona , so there isn't much use to carry Stone Edge. When mons like Tangrowth or Magearna switch in to Keldeo, they can get chiped by a burn from Scald.

Threats:
kyurem-black.gif
blacephalon.gif

Kyurem-Black and Blacephalon can both hurt the whole team. They can be difficult to deal with.

zapdos.gif

Zapdos is a little hard to break cuz it can stop Pinsir with this set, and this team doesn't have stable switch-in to it,

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 152 SpD / 112 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Defog
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Toxic

Pinsir-Mega (M) @ Pinsirite
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Return
- Quick Attack

Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Icy Wind
- Secret Sword

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 244 HP / 208 SpD / 32 Spe
Careful Nature
- U-turn
- Healing Wish
- Stealth Rock
- Iron Head

Tapu Koko @ Electrium Z
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- Taunt

Tangrowth (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Giga Drain
- Rock Slide
- Knock Off
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Conclusion:
Here is my Mega-Pinsir Balance. I hope you like it, and suggestions are all welcome!

Hello, again you :)

I see that there is an improvement in the building, good.
I will try to show you how to improve the team, not just the weaknesses you have listed.

Weaknesses

006-mx.png
< is a huge problem since you do not have anything to counter it, keldeo scarf is not enough because it can use Roost and DD to such an extent that any possibility of revengekill is useless.

065-m.png
< can cleanse in mindgame without problems, Keldeo and Pinsir do not guarantee a HOKO and both need to get it out.
Tangrowth is unlikely to be full hp and anyway even if you were to find a good 80% would require a 2HKO.

598.png
//
718.png
< I would also make some notes on Ferrothorn because relying only on Keldeo is not the best and if you had to give HP Fire on Tang you could partially find a solution, but you would find out on Zygarde (specifically the set with Dragonium Z).

Then you're right that you're quite walled by Zapdos, ScarfBlace and maybe not risk too much on the set of Lando-T, so I would scout first.

Changes

Minor Changes

Well, we said that Zapdos 3atks can wall it, so
785.png
with Roost>Taunt allows you to win every 1vs1 against Zap and then get 2HKO with Thunderbolt, but if it were to be defZap you can still take advantage of the Z eliminating the problem. Moreover Roost gives you more solidity in a mu vs Lucha as you can avoid being brought in range.
HP Ice> Dazzling Gleam to hit Gliscor, Zygarde, Lando-T.

For
472.png
Toxic
is a good choice to poison Tang, Gastrodon and even Rotom or Zapdos in predict.

Major Changes

I think that in this team
598.png
>
465.png
gives a good synergy with Gliscor as it can take the magmastorm of Heatran, allows you to have more coverage on SpecsLele avoiding spamming the stabs, since Rachi does not even have Wish.
You also have more reliability on sf Magearna.

CharX is going back to usage, so I immediately thought of
788.png
>
647.png
because of the possibility to check it completely (he no longer needs the need for T-punch), he can have more measures against the stall teams and with the Iapapa Berry he can recover hp, can have a good answer on scarfBlace even if it is locked on ShadowBall (3HKO).

To conclude I would change the
385.png
set, first of all Scarf> Leftovers
You need more certainties vs. M-Ala, M-Diancie, Lele and a better chance to outspeeddare Koko.
Fire Punch is about to hit on Magnezone's revenue, not to be surprised on M-Scizor's set up and violently hit SD Kartana.
The reason why I chose the scarf is to add a pivot, in addition to Koko, for Pinsir. So as not to be too passive towards a cmLele,M-Medi or KyuB.

The Team
⁓ ⁓

CharY can be annoying if you do not have a good reading key to make targeted switches to find yourself counting Koko.
The same goes for ZBelly Azu, Fini and Ferrothorn I can try to counter it in the moment in a summons the Z, that's why I could recommend Ferrothorn with Rocky Helmet.
I state that it is very difficult to find them in ladder nowadays, but as I said you must have a good reading of the match and build a gameplan to circumvent them (for example weaken them and then have them attacked with M-Pinsir)

For a balance team, your switchins to most physical threats are few and far between. It's all well and good running defensive mons with SpD investment, but it makes you susceptible to being chipped and subsequently wrecked by a z-move. As every physical mon is running Ice coverage at the moment I'd probably run a defensive rachi.

I personally like running Stone Edge on scarf Keldeo to ensure OHKOs on Volcarona as well as surprise certain special sponges such as Zapdos if they try to switch in.

It's true, as Step says, this team is very weak to any dragon dancer. Pinsir can outspeed and threaten most but not at +1, and your sponges as they are aren't taking +1 Flare Blitzes or Outrages. I know most aren't that viable in this meta but Icy Wind isn't going to OHKO most Zygarde variants, and Charizard/Dragonite can still tear the team apart.

Thank you for ur rate!
I like the changes :)
Tapu Fini is really helpful in the team!
However, the team has difficulty dealing with Ferrothorn and Scizor-Mega...
