Lopunny-Mega @ Lopunnite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Return
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
This is the Pokemon I built the team around, boasting a good speed tier, an ok Attack stat and perfect coverage, Mega Lopunny is a menace in the OU metagame. The lack of Protect users in OU makes High Jump Kick a reliable fighting STAB, while the miss chance sucks, the raw power of the move makes it worthwhile. Return, when paired with Scrappy, gives Mega Lopunny perfect coverage, it's a very solid 100 BP STAB move, enabling Lop to pick off Fighting resists such as Charizard-Y or Starmie. Fake Out is a strong move, providing free damage every turn because of the flinch. Lastly, I chose Ice Punch to hit Defensive Landorus-Therian for 50%~.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Toxic
Next, I chose Stallbreaker Heatran as my next pokemon to help deal with Charizard-X and Clefable. Magma Storm, while it does miss, it's an incredible cockblock to things like Chansey and Clefable, and with Taunt to stop them from healing makes for an easy kill. Earth Power is a cool move to hit opposing Heatran, doing close to 90% vs SpDef Heatran. Taunt and Toxic help against Tanky teams, stopping healing and doing constant damage to walls. Taunt is also interesting to stop Stealth Rocks vs Ground types that predict switch, such as Tank Chomp and Landorus-T.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam
Then I chose Starmie to lead vs Landorus-Therian, a big problem to the team. Rapid Spin removes entry hazards for the team, which is crucial for balance. Hydro Pump is a strong move, doing a lot of damage to unresisted things and OHKOing most super effectives. Psyshock is my second STAB move, doing good damage to Fighting and Poison types like Mega Lopunny and Amoonguss. Lastly I have Ice Beam to deal damage to specific things like Celebi.

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Def / 224 SpD
Calm Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Clear Smog
Next up I chose Amoonguss because I needed a strong Pivot. While Heatran can be EVd for bulk, mine is not, and not having any reliable healing bar Leftovers makes it so I can't keep bringing it in mindlessly. Amoonguss Regenerator ability helps out with this alot, allowing me to come in on a wide variety of attacks and getting Spore off when needed. Clear Smog is a strong asset on this team aswell, helping against stuff like CroCune, Calm Mind Clefable and other setup pokemon. Giga Drain / Sludge Bomb are my STABs, allowing Amoonguss to do actual damage to things like the previously mentioned Pokemon. Amoonguss is also my much neeeded Keldeo counter.

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 SpD
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
Next up I added Landorus-Therian. This Pokemon works as my Stealth Rocks setter and second main Pivot of the team. Lando-T was a nescessity for this team, helping me out vs Talonflame and Mega Lopunny, 2 big threats to the team. Slow U-Turn is also a big asset for Balance, allowing me to get the Starmie or Lopunny in the field without taking damage.

Bisharp @ Black Glasses
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 52 SpD / 204 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
Lastly I added Bisharp, he helps vs Landorus-Therian by putting him in range of Ice Punch after Knock off and trapping Latios, a very dangerous Pokemon in this metagame that can plow through my team depending on its coverage. Bisharp is also able to beat Clefable, Alakazam and Gengar, 3 big threats to this team. The EV spread is taken from the analysis, it allows Bisharp to survive Latios' HP Fire after Stealth Rocks damage, preventing Pursuit / Sukcer Punch mind games.

Lopunny-Mega @ Lopunnite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Return
- High Jump Kick
- Power-Up Punch

Heatran @ Leftovers

Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Toxic

Timid Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Def / 224 SpD
Calm Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Clear Smog

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 52 SpD / 204 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

Hello Roxer! When I looked over your team, I noticed two notable threats, Kyurem-B and Bisharp. Kyurem B usually can get a kill when it comes in on you, which is not the best scenario. As well as Bisharp can be a problem, if your lopunny is not mega evolved and if your own bisharp is weakened. So I think I can tweak a bit of things for you to mitigate these problems.

Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Spikes
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Reflect Type
- Rapid Spin
- Recover

With these sets, you might wanna switch amoongus up with a special attacker thats offensive, hope this helps!
