Another set, what's wrong with me? :o Anyways, I've discussed this with tennisace and Steamroll, and based on my testing and all that, they said I should post this, and so I did.
Luxray
[SET]
name: Mixed Attacker (Mixray)
move 1: Wild Charge
move 2: Superpower / Crunch
move 3: Hidden Power Grass
move 4: Signal Beam
item: Life Orb
ability: Intimidate
nature: Lonely / Naughty
evs: 252 Atk / 120 SpA / 136 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]

This set allows Luxray to break through some of its most common counters, most notably Tangela and Quagsire; the given EV spread enables Luxray to OHKO Quagsire with Hidden Power Grass, while Tangela is 2HKOed by Signal Beam. Signal Beam nets an OHKO against Exeggutor as well, something Crunch can't do. Cacturne and Golem are handled by Signal Beam and Hidden Power Grass, respectively, without the need for Superpower, bypassing the stat drops; these are just some examples. Wild Charge is Luxray's STAB of choice, and it hits extremly hard off Luxray's high Attack stat and a Life Orb boost, 2HKOing the standard Altaria. Superpower lets Luxray hit Steel-types, more specifically Probopass and Bastiodon, harder than with anything else, while also hitting Regirock for decent damage. Superpower also scores a 2HKO on standard Miltank, as well as Camerupt. Crunch is Luxray's best bet against Misdreavus and Mesprit, as well as other Ghost- and Psychic-types, 2HKOing the most defensive versions; the choice between Superpower and Crunch depends solely on your team's needs.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs are designed to give Luxray max Attack, enabling it to hit as hard as possible with its STAB move. The Speed EVs allow Luxray to hit 210 Speed, outspeeding minimum Speed Misdreavus, as well as max Speed Modest Exeggutor, KOing it with Signal Beam before it can set up sun or attack. The nature depends solely on what you prefer: a Lonely nature makes Tangela unable to 2HKO Luxray with Giga Drain (which is preferable), while a Naughty nature allows Luxray to avoid the OHKO from Quagsire's Earthquake at good health. The damage calculations below will show how nicely Luxray deals with certain Pokemon, and how easily it handles Quagsire and Tangela:

Signal Beam vs. 252/4 Tangela 61.07% - 71.85%

Hidden Power Grass vs. 252/4 Quagsire 101.52% - 119.79%

Hidden Power Grass vs. 252/252+ Quagsire 68.02% - 80.20%

Superpower vs. 252/0 Miltank 86.29 - 101.52%

Wild Charge vs. 252/4 Altaria 61.01% - 71.75%

Crunch vs. 252/4 Altaria 35.87% - 42.37%

Superpower vs. 252/0 Camerupt 68.60% - 80.81%

These calculations show how this set deals with Exeggutor and Golem compared to the other sets; the Nature is set to an Attack beneficent one, with 252 Attack EVs in all Choice Band and Choice Scarf calculations.

Life Orb Signal Beam vs. 132/0 Exeggutor 117.58% - 139.56%

Choice Band Crunch vs. 132/0 Exeggutor 85.71% - 101.09%

Choice Scarf Crunch vs. 132/0 Exeggutor 57.14% - 67.58%

Life Orb Hidden Power Grass vs. 212/0 Golem 114.12% - 134.46%

Choice Band Superpower vs. 212/0 Golem 92.09% - 108.47%

Choice Scarf Superpower vs. 212/0 Golem 61.01% - 72.31%

Entry hazards help Luxray secure KOs against Sturdy Pokemon, such as Golem and Probopass. Entry hazards also make Pokemon such as Camerupt, Miltank, and Tangela, easier to deal with. Cacturne pairs really well with Luxray, having good type synergy, while being able to provide both Spikes and Encore support. Garbodor is another good option, being able to set up both Toxic Spikes and Spikes, while Mesprit can set up Stealth Rock and provide Thunder Wave support. Luxray will highly appreciate paralysis support, due to its sub-par Speed stat. It's also beneficent to have a Rapid Spin user on your team, as entry hazards will cut Luxray's effectiveness. Cryogonal is the best Rapid Spin user at hand, and it can also provide Toxic and dual screen support as well. Cleric support of any kind is great, as both Life Orb and Wild Charge recoil will bulid up for Luxray, and any status severly cripples it. Lickilicky and Audino are two great choices, having access to both Heal Bell and Wish, while Miltank is a viable Pokemon as well, having access to Heal Bell. Any Regirock is a problem, even with Superpower and Hidden Power Grass, so a partner to take care of it is nice. Strong special attackers with super effective STAB moves, such as Gorebyss and Exeggutor, make great candidates, while other hard-hitting Pokemon, such as Sawk and Absol, work as well.

Signal Beam vs. 252/4 Tangela 61.07% - 71.85%
