This was a very disappointing performance by several town players who I believe can do much better.
Most inexplicable to me is almost eveyone largely giving NE a pass for "bussing so hard" when all he did is make one wall post. If one long post is all it takes to fool villagers into thinking someone is town you have a communal problem with the quality of NOC posts lol. He then does absolutely nothing with the cred and is given a pass to Mylo and lylo with multiple "cleared" villagers completely writing him off. Particularly odd to me was a player of eli's caliber focusing on bluedoom voting NE on day 1, which is notoriously the best day TO vote a teammate for distancing because the chances of any one wagon going over on d1 are so low.
"Why would scum bus" because of exactly what happened in this game...? You give people a pass for 0 reason off of pre-flip associations. Sometimes I think it's worse for town when there are scum/scum wagons because too many people lock the surviving wagon in as town and fumble the bag the rest of the game accordingly.
Poor jalmont said over and over he thought the poe was town and nobody engaged with him on that. Des literally posted the scumteam and was immediately pounced upon by 2 other villagers for it. Villagers whose poes were almost all other villagers, btw.
Simply because YOU are widely townread does not make your townreads accurate. Something some of you should keep in mind next time you want to read past villagers with far better reads than your own like skip and des.
Props to apricity for subbing in, running with the bus for cred, and doing a good job of projecting solving while also open wolfing. Well played scumgame imo. Grats to the scumteam for executing bussing and distancing to secure the win!
