I don't have experience with a bulky Lilli spread, but sleep powdering a threat lets you get at least one quiver most of the time.
Volcarona has base 60 Defense, so it must have difficulties setting up as well, right? Lilligant has access to Sleep Powder and Chlorophyll, giving her plenty of chances to get up at least one Quiver Dance.
call me crazy, but could Petal Dance be viable? Seeing that's it's the grass type special outrage wouldn't it's power be useful on maybe a specs set in the sun? Obviously it's easily walled by steels, fires, and more grass, but simple predicting can help with that. I know giga drain is good for the healing, but this would be more viable for a rain dance counter don't you think?
