Anyone know what the problem might be? I swear i've checked this thread and various others on google almost all day. I think it might have to do with winpcap.

For me reinstalling winpcap worked, maybe you could try that. Hope it works =)

I had files of my older winpcap still in my computer when I was installing the never winpcap, so that's why it was acting weird. It works now though, thanks! :D
