Do you try to switch when facing Dugtrio?

How many people actually try to switch away from dugtrio so that they make sure that they for surely can't switch?
It's a pretty stupid question, but might help you, if it did, post on the thread.
LOL
really doubt it though.

Most people who are smart use Arena Trap on Dugtrio, so what's the point of switching out (unless the Pokemon is airborne)?

But against everyone else...
It's better safe than sorry!

Most people would start out with a attacker or Staller/Spiker if using a Staller then you have to switch since Dugtrio might kill it or if having an attacker out would mean you could beat the heck out of Dugtrio i mean attackers don't even put any Evs into defense and SpD

I've tried once or twice but it never worked. I remember when I was using a Dugtrio with Arena Trap and I was predicting the guy's next move after I switched Dugtrio in against his Salamence. I ended up using EQ ¬_¬

Riryoku: No switch?
Steve: Arena Trap >_>

Heh pretty funny question. I remember one time in ADV I was accidentally using Sand Veil on Duggy and when I brought it in on a Blissey they missed their Ice Beam after I eq'ed.

I don't really see much discussion coming from this but funny question nonetheless!

I remember thinking in adv that magneton had levitate and I asked a similar question

to answer the question, no, I don't check. >_>

I thought i was the only one who does it. LOL
I asked this due to the amount of dugtro that's used in suspect, to make sure people actually use arena trap.
*ppl who voted no should be careful, one day, your ice beam might miss against a dugtrio and then the dugtrio killed you

I rarely do..for the lols. But if you're "too weird" try and attack with a 100% accurate move if SS is up XP.

I can remember there were times when I made an effort to switch, on the occasion, but it's something you don't need to do because Arena Trap is expected.

I've started doing it, because I read that thread about that one guy who intentionally puts the wrong ability on Dugtrio.

There's no reason not to, and it takes about two seconds to do it. I'll only try if switching would actually help me, of course, but as far as it goes it's not like it hurts to try, since it won't take up the turn.

I don't bother to check but if the statistics are right i should have seen already one or two of those Sand Veil Duggy's

lol

This is really quite pointless. Everyone obviously should try to switch from it, but many people don't take the time to do so.
