[SET COMMENTS]
Primarina becomes an effective pivot thanks to Heavy-Duty Boots allowing it to avoid entry hazard damage, giving it more opportunities to switch in and pivot. Surf and Moonblast combined hit the entire metagame either neutrally or super effectively, and Flip Turn allows Primarina to pivot out of bad matchups and predicted switch-ins like Galarian Slowking and Assault Vest Rillaboom. Encore can render defensive and setup Pokemon useless, locking them into unfavorable moves, such as Corviknight's Roost, Dondozo's Curse, Kingambit's Swords Dance, and Roaring Moon's Dragon Dance after it has Terastallized. 176 Speed EVs are run to outspeed Adamant Kingambit. Tera Steel allows Primarina to stay in on Galarian Slowking, resist Grass-type moves from Pokemon like Rillaboom and Meowscarada, and survive Kyurem's Freeze-Dry. Tera Ghost lets Primarina more comfortably take on both Zamazenta and Dragonite.

Primarina fits best on bulky offense teams that want a pivot with considerable offensive pressure. Kingambit fits nicely with Primarina, since it also excels on those playstyles and beats Primarina's most commonly used check in Galarian Slowking. It appreciates Primarina having good matchups against its most common checks in Great Tusk and Zamazenta. Primarina can support teammates such as Great Tusk, Dragonite, and Rillaboom by being able to temporarily switch into Pokemon like Walking Wake, Weavile, and Cinderace. In return, Great Tusk can remove entry hazards for Primarina in case its Heavy-Duty Boots get removed. Dragonite can break through Primarina checks like Clodsire, Rillaboom, Galarian Slowking, and Ogerpon-W, and Rillaboom can provide Grassy Terrain recovery. Primarina greatly appreciates Darkrai being able to beat Galarian Slowking and Gholdengo, and in return, Primarina is able to take on prominent Darkrai checks like Iron Valiant, Zamazenta, and non-Water Absorb Clodsire. Hisuian Samurott is a great partner for Primarina, since it naturally fits on bulky offense teams because it can punch holes through defensive cores while also stacking hazards, and Primarina supports it by being able to switch into Zamazenta, which would otherwise set up on Hisuian Samurott. On hazard stacking teams, Gholdengo is an amazing partner, since it beats Galarian Slowking while also preventing hazard removal from Great Tusk and Corviknight. Pivots like Landorus-T and Iron Crown are able to form a pivoting core with Primarina on bulky offense teams, synergizing well thanks to their complementary typings, offensive presence to pressure opposing teams, and ability to gain momentum even when faced with bad matchups. Landorus-T is able to switch into Electric-types like Raging Bolt, and Iron Crown is able to switch into Galarian Slowking and Rillaboom's Grassy Glide. Raging Bolt appreciates Primarina as a partner, since it's able to take out all the Ground-types that pester it like Ting-Lu and Clodsire, and in return, Raging Bolt can threaten Pokemon that are able to take Primarina's attacks such as specially defensive Corviknight. Raging Bolt's Thunderclap is also able to revenge kill faster offensive threats like Ogerpon-W and Deoxys-S, making up for the core's lack of Speed and strong priority.

Primarina becomes an even more effective pivot thanks to Heavy-Duty Boots ignoring entry hazard damage, giving it more opportunities to come in and pivot with Flip Turn. Surf and Moonblast are Primarina's best STAB options, hitting the entire metagame either neutrally or super effectively, and Flip Turn is what allows Primarina to function as a pivot fluff to get out of bad matchups like? and retain momentum feels like fluff . Encore can render defensive and setup Pokemon useless, locking them into moves that they don't want to be locked into such as Corviknight's Roost, Zamazenta's Substitute does zamazenta want to stay in on Primarina, and Dondozo's Curse, as well as giving it a way to safely take on Kingambit late-game if you explain what primarina does to gambit next sentence anyways whats the point of this here. 176 Speed EVs are ran to outpace Adamant Kingambit, ensuring it can Encore Kingambit to lock it into either Swords Dance or Sucker Punch. Tera Steel makes Primarina immune to Poison, why not just simplify to "it can take on gking now" cuz its basically just gking and darkrai that run poison moves allowings it to stay in on Galarian Slowking don't you outspeed gking anyways so you'd pivot out no matter what and it doesn't matter anyways? you don't want to stay in, tera or no, and grants it the ability to resist Grass-type moves from Pokemon like Rillaboom and Meowscarada and better take on Ice-type moves like isn't it literally just freeze dry lol why not just specify it's freeze dry Kyurem's Freeze-Dry. Tera Ghost is ran to remove its Poison weakness while so how is this relevant to taking on zamazenta and dnite becoming completely immune to Fighting- and Normal-type moves, letting it comfortably take on Zamazenta and Dragonite.

Primarina fits best on balance and bulky offense teams that want a pivot with considerable offensive pressure. Kingambit fits nicely with Primarina since it also excels on those playstyles and beats its most commonly used check in Galarian Slowking can you elaborate a bit? anything that gambit likes primarina taking on? any other mons that primarina struggles with that gambit beats?. Primarina can support teammates such as Great Tusk, Dragonite, and Rillaboom by being able to temporarily switch into Pokemon like Walking Wake, Weavile, and Cinderace. Great Tusk can also remove hazards for Primarina in case its Heavy-Duty Boots get knocked off, Dragonite can break through Primarina checks like Clodsire, Galarian Slowking, and Ogerpon-W, and Rillaboom can provide Grassy Terrain recovery while also having good matchups into other Water-types why is this relevant, does primarina struggle into any of these water types?. Primarina greatly appreciates Darkrai being able to beat Galarian Slowking for it, and in return Primarina is able to take on prominent Darkrai checks like Iron Valiant, Zamazenta, and Clodsire if it's not running Water Absorb. On hazard stacking teams, Gholdengo is an amazing partner since it beats Galarian Slowking and Amoonguss while also preventing hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight from getting rid of them. Pivots like Landorus-T and Iron Crown are able to form a pivoting core with Primarina on bulky offense teams, synergizing off their complementary typings with each other and notable offensive presence to pressure opposing teams and gain momentum even when faced with bad matchups. Landorus-T is able to switch into Electric-types like Raging Bolt and Iron Hands hands is not a relevant threat to list, why not zapdos? and Iron Crown is able to switch into Poison-types like Amoonguss and Galarian Slowking. Raging Bolt itself appreciates Primarina as a partner since it'(RA)s able to take out all the Ground-types who pester it like Ting-Lu and Clodsire, and in return Raging Bolt can nuke the Pokemon who are able to take Primarina's attacks such as Gholdengo why not list gholdengo in the darkrai/tusk/gambit section, Rillaboom previous statement but dnite instead, and specially defensive Corviknight. Thunderclap is also able to revenge kill faster offensive threats like Ogerpon-W and Deoxys-S, making up for the core's lack of speed with strong priority.

Primarina becomes an even more (this writeup is about boots prim only so it's not really clear what you're making a comparison to) effective pivot thanks to Heavy-Duty Boots ignoring entry hazard damage, giving it more opportunities to come in and pivot with Flip Turn. Surf and Moonblast are Primarina's best STAB options, hitting combine to hit (cuts fluff + emphasises the combination more than the moves separately bc that's the relevant point here) the entire metagame either neutrally or super effectively, and Flip Turn is what allows Primarina to get out of bad matchups and predicted switch ins like Galarian Slowking and Assault Vest Rillaboom. Encore can render defensive and setup Pokemon useless, locking them into moves that they don't want to be locked into such as Corviknight's Roost and Dondozo's Curse. (would give offensive examples too because both corv and dozo are fat mons + prim is good into offense too) 176 Speed EVs are ran to outpace Adamant Kingambit, ensuring it can Encore Kingambit to lock it into either Swords Dance or Sucker Punch. (you can use the encore nteractions example for the previous point and just leave this sentence as saying the speed is for gambit; you don't always wanan encore gambit and sometimes you need to just be able to hit it first) Tera Steel allows it to stay in on Galarian Slowking, grants it the ability to resist Grass-type moves from Pokemon like Rillaboom and Meowscarada, and take Kyurem's Freeze-Dry. Tera Ghost is ran to let it more (it's already fine into them esp zama) comfortably take on both Zamazenta and Dragonite.

Primarina fits best on balance and bulky offense teams (more bulky offense than anything - lines up better with your examples too) that want a pivot with considerable offensive pressure. Kingambit fits nicely with Primarina since it also excels on those playstyles and beats its most commonly used check in Galarian Slowking. Kingambit appreciates Primarina having good matchups into its most common checks in Great Tusk and Zamazenta. Primarina can support teammates such as Great Tusk, Dragonite, and Rillaboom by being able to temporarily switch into Pokemon like Walking Wake, Weavile, and Cinderace. Great Tusk can also remove hazards for Primarina in case its Heavy-Duty Boots get knocked off, Dragonite can break through Primarina checks like Clodsire, Rillaboom, Galarian Slowking, and Ogerpon-W, and Rillaboom can provide Grassy Terrain recovery. Primarina greatly appreciates Darkrai being able to beat Galarian Slowking and Gholdengo for it, and in return Primarina is able to take on prominent Darkrai checks like Iron Valiant, Zamazenta, and non-Water Absorb Clodsire if it's not running Water Absorb. (it = primarina here so helps with clarity) On hazard stacking teams, Gholdengo is an amazing partner since it beats Galarian Slowking and Amoonguss (amoon is really niche) while also preventing hazard removers like Great Tusk and Corviknight from getting rid of them. (before you mention hazard stacking teams, you migth want to mention spikes partners because hazards haven't been mentioned so far) Pivots like Landorus-T and Iron Crown are able to form a pivoting core with Primarina on bulky offense teams, synergizing off their complementary typings with each other and notable offensive presence to pressure opposing teams and gain momentum even when faced with bad matchups. Landorus-T is able to switch into Electric-types like Raging Bolt and Zapdos (lando can't touch zap and takes a lot from cane so this is kinda pointless) and Iron Crown is able to switch into Poison-types like Amoonguss and Galarian Slowking. (this point doesn't need to be type charty - iron crown synergises by covering a lot of weakness like rilla as well so it's not just poison-types it beats) Raging Bolt itself appreciates Primarina as a partner since its able to take out all the Ground-types who pester it like Ting-Lu and Clodsire, and in return Raging Bolt can nuke the Pokemon who are able to take Primarina's attacks such as specially defensive Corviknight. Thunderclap is also able to revenge kill faster offensive threats like Ogerpon-W and Deoxys-S, making up for the core's lack of speed with strong priority.
