Pros :
Prankster is a get ability giving priority to all of grimmsnarl's non damaging moves .
Grimmsnarl is a mon which gets dual screens prankster , which is great for a generation filled with a ton of hard hitting mons.
Access to parting shot now makes grimmsnarl even more threatning as it can always lower the atk and sp atk stats of the opposing mon that too with priority.
Taunt and trick are finnaly great moves which can shut down any defensive mon .
Though grafaiai is a faster prankster parting shot option , grimmsnarl has access to dual screens which makes it a far better choice
Cons:
Its defensive stats are not all that great for a support mon with 95/65/75 which means it can get worn down pretty quickly
Its speed is really low - 60 , which means it gets outspeed by other faster prankster users like klefki and grafaiai.
Dark types which are abundunt in this generation , are all immune to its prankster moves like twave.

Terastal Potential:
Since most of the time , grimmsnarl is going to be used as a support screens mon , it generally would not be your no1 choice in this regard. Though mostly you would want to have fire terastial so that you can resist the fairy type attacks , grimmsnarl is weak to . Offensive bulk up sets can run either dark or fairy terastial to boost your respective STAB moves.

Potential Sets :

Grimmsnarl @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Steel / Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 SpAtk
- Parting Shot / Thunder Wave
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Spirit Break

The sp def investments allow grimmsnarl to live 2 moonblast from flutter mane under screens and 2hko in return
160+ SpA Tapu Lele Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Grimmsnarl through Light Screen: 138-163 (35 - 41.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO ( evs adjusted to match timid flutter mane)
The dual screens are pretty much self explanatory . Spirit break for a damaging move , thunder wave can be used to paralyze any setup sweeper , and parting shot for priority switches .
Overall , the likes of parting shot and prankster and dual screens makes it the best screen setter in this generation .
Grimmsnarl is also a very good check to roaring moon with reflect support and spirit break.

Other Options :
Offensive Set with bulk up , play rough , crunch and rest with chesto berry , or a trick choice band or iron ball set , although the screens set has much more utility than these ones.

Overall:
I feel like grimmsnarl will be really great in this generation . Its ability and access to dual screens and exceptional support moves like thunder wave and parting shot , make it one of the best screen setter , and overall support mon . Although its defensive stats are not that great , and fairy-dark is a mediocre defensive typing , Grimmsnarl's overall support movepool and awesome ability make it a great and fun pokemon to use .

I've been using Screens + Taunt + Parting Shot Grimmsnarl, not only he stops most hazard setters he gets screens for me and gives momentum to something useful, you do gotta have something to switch onto a dark type pokemon that wouldn't be affected by your Parting Shot/Taunt

No Attacks Grimmsnarl has actually felt pretty passive to me, to the point that I attack into Screens and Parting Shot anyway by default. Part of what makes Grimmsnarl scary is its Fairy STAB, which scares the plentiful Dark-types in the current meta; use it, IMO.

no attack grimmsnarls kinda fails to fulfill its second job - be a fluttermane and a overall dragon/dark check , so in my opinion its best to use dual screens , parting shot / thunderwave and anyone of its fairy moves ( play rough or spirit break)
edited the main post ( forgot to add the abilities  )

I agree with the 2 above users, 99% of Mons should have at least one attacking Move. Even more one whose support movepool has an entire type immune to it.
Tera Blast should never be used as a move in the support set, Spirit Break is so much better for it.

The best Dual Screener currently in the game. With the sheer power creep of this generation and all the set up sweepers Grimmsnarl is one of the best supporting pokemon for HO teams. The influx of many of the new dark type such as Kinggambit does hamper it bit though, still very effective at what it does
