Thats debatable considering its HP fire but interested in quiet perfect honedge, celebi, uxie

I'd toss the uxie for it. Or the random hp ice honedge for it. Either way it's still a random breedable as far as I'm concerned. I'm just too lazy to breed my hp fire bulba for a timid one.

Actually i didn't check detailed. Stat judge saying "can't be beat" for Def and SpA so they are 31 also saying "relatively superior" for overall so must be IV total is around 121 to 150
