Dear TDs,
We never agreed on a time and their availability is weekend too, I said essentially because I wasn't completely sure but I was being optimistic. There was no specific date mentioned and when I was able to get on to check today, he/she/whatever had already agreed to their own time and claimed act for a time that I never said I would play at. Please see attachment for scheduling.

Umm… what do we do in this situation? I’ll attempt to reschedule once I receive a response to my previous messages.

Oh wow you’re right. We’re both in the same timezone but I thought they lived in a different timezone because in their initial message to me they said they were gmt -5 when they’re actually in gmt -4. They probably didn't realize they were no longer in gmt -5 after daylight savings started. So they ended up logging in at 8:30 gmt -5 and I logged in 9:30pm gmt -5.
