to be clear, the freeing of the new hisui etc pokémon due to Home release, as announced in this post, https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/gen-9-modern-gen-1.3711533/post-9638754, does not apply to the current round.
it is possible that the releases will apply for the next round, hasnt been decided yet. (if they are released for next round, sample movesets for relevant releases will be provided)

obv everyone is encouraged to discuss the home releases incl whether u think they should be introduced in next round of tournament either in the mg1 thread linked above, or in the discord https://discord.gg/UEQ8kGPT

since only one player (Copen) expressed any wishes regarding the new mons and wanted to add them, the new Pokémon released through Home may be used starting in this losers-only round. (If both players wish to play without the released mons, you are ofc free to agree to do so. Or same goes for if TPP vs MichalederBeste wish to play with the new mons in their extended round 6 set).
Ceaseless Edge and Stone Axe are ofc banned under the field effects clause, and this is reflected in the new challenge command.

https://pokepast.es/31e927873b7b0b7b here are some sample movesets for all potentially relevant newly introduced Pokémon (the mons in the bottom half of the list are probably unviable, but just to cover everything that is plausible).
Reminder that damaging moves with a +1 speed boost such as Trailblaze, Esper Wing, Flame Charge will fail to boost speed if they ko the opposing pokémon. (This mechanic has not been very relevant in the past but might be now with Braviary-H as well as Trailblaze + Triple Arrows Decidueye-H existing, hence the reminder.) And ofc Chloroblast similarly to Steel Beam does not incur recoil.
