Stats: 109/125/73/65/105/75 | 552 BST
G-Max move: G-Max Dharma Slide (Ice) - Same effect as G-Max Wind Rage (Corviknight's)
Reasoning: She's a female yeti (originally named Yeta) who loses her mind to one of the mirror shards, becoming what can only be described as an abominable snow woman. Ice typing goes without saying, while Psychic matches Mirror Coat and also pertains to her telekinetic manipulation of pointed ice chunks. To kick off the first phase, she breaks the windows in her bedroom, draws the ice and snow outside towards herself (hence Snow Warning), and takes a form most comparable to Gigantamax. (The fact that the Ball and Chain chips away at it to make it smaller is what brought the term "dharma" to mind. Also, she slides around in this form, sometimes spinning.) About halfway through this phase, she summons Mini Freezards, so she gets the Order moves and Spikes. (Those things are spiky.)
After the ice is broken, she starts to Levitate and encases herself in a frigid structure resembling a throne (hence Queenly Majesty), whence she starts dropping ice chunks. This phase has a hit-and-run aspect to it, which inspires U-turn. Bulk Up and Autotomize relate to the construction and possible deconstruction of the ice chunks surrounding her. Her nightmarish face (pictured below) is the reason for biting moves, Mean Look, and Scary Face.

Pokémon: Tropicaleon
Franchise/Origin: NEO: The World Ends with You
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Normal
Ability: Color Change / Chameleon (Gen 8 Protean)
Notable moves: Tri Attack, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Giga Drain, Shadow Ball, Twin Beam, Power Gem, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Pollen Puff, Discharge, Volt Switch, Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Facade, Bind, Knock Off, Power Whip, Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch, Seismic Toss, Circle Throw, Dragon Tail, U-turn, Spark, Iron Tail, Recover, Wish, Protect, Block, Lovely Kiss, Teleport, Glare
Flavor moves: Hyper Beam, Heat Wave, Solar Beam, Psybeam, Signal Beam, Charge Beam, Lick, Smack Down, Peck, Camouflage, Heal Pulse, Purify, Thunder Wave, Laser Focus, Lock-On, Ally Switch, Sunny Day, Gravity, Sweet Scent, Sweet Kiss, Fling
Stats: 90/67/122/100/120/40 | 539 BST
Reasoning: The strongest chameleon-type Noise, probably as close as a video game character can get to Kecleon. Special Defense and Speed happen to match, but really the base stats are derived from in-game statistics: 9000 HP (divided by 100), 244 PP (halved for Defense), 240 Exp (halved for Special Defense), 0.1% chance to drop Scarletite on Ultimate difficulty (hence base 100 SpA), 0.67% chance to drop Leon on Hard difficulty or higher (hence the base Attack), and a 2% chance of dropping Deadly Fragrance on Medium difficulty or higher, or Shadow Matter on any difficulty (added together for base Speed). And yes, it's about as much of a pain in-game as these base stats might suggest.
In combat, it tends to stay hidden from sight and, at regular intervals, chooses to either attack a Player with its laser vision or heal a fellow Noise with its tongue. (Note that it must first lock on to its target, whatever the case.) When it gets pestered enough by Players, it fires off an electrical discharge before disappearing again.
Scarletite is a material pin that inspires Power Gem, Dazzling Gleam, Sunny Day and some Fighting and Dragon coverage (in light of Koraidon). Leon is the Uber pin that represents its species: a Gravity-based Snare Trap that grabs and pulls forth a target and the enemies surrounding it. Deadly Fragrance is a pin branded Joli bécot (which translates to "pretty kiss/peck") that involves seizing a target and waving it about as in a hammer throw. It's also a Poltergeist pin, which contributes Ghost coverage in tandem with Shadow Matter.

"We're playing Beat Saber!" - Frank Bentley in Unlimited Power
Pokémon: Beat Saber Avatar
Franchise/Origin: Beat Saber
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Normal/Psychic
Ability: Adaptability / One-Saber* / Zen Mode
*The user's two-hit moves hit exactly once with triple BP.
Custom moves:
Other moves: Slash, Pay Day, Psycho Cut, Fury Cutter, Wild Charge, Fly, Thunder, Magical Leaf, Swift, Hidden Power, Tailwind, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Charge, Rest, Sleep Talk, Attract, Magic Room, Magic Powder, Detect, Lucky Chant, Spotlight, Assist
Stats: 100/115/55/115/55/115 | 555 BST
Stats (Zen): 100/55/115/100/115/115 | 600 BST
Reasoning: It's an existence similar to Porygon, namely just programmed data, therefore Normal-type. It's also Psychic-type because lightsabers can be associated with the type just for the "light" in their name (see: Luster Purge, Necrozma, Lumina Crash), and/or because they're traditionally wielded by Jedi who have psychic powers. Beat Saber is all about adapting to the flying blocks, hence Adaptability. (I considered Sharpness but ultimately would not use the term "sharp" to describe laser light.) One-Saber is a self-explanatory mode, usually more challenging than its standard counterparts but limited to Volumes 1-2, five Extras, and two songs from each of Volumes 3-5 and the Camellia pack. Zen Mode is based on the eponymous Solo play modifier that removes all notes, allowing the player to just listen to the songs, which translates to trading power for bulk. (Incidentally, the base 115s are derived from the maximum possible score per note, while the 90% accuracy of the signature move is equal to the threshold of the highest rank in the game: SS.) Rhythm Strike, Double Hit, Dual Chop, and slashing/sword moves are influenced by the core gameplay, while the rest of the movepool is based on songs that are freely available as of Version 1.20.

Pokémon: Phantom
Franchise/Origin: Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Normal/Ghost
Ability: Levitate
Notable moves: Boomburst, Shadow Ball, Power Gem, Frustration, Return, Body Slam, Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak, Stone Edge, Rock Tomb, Attack Order, Recover, Parting Shot, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Roar, Substitute
Other moves: Hyper Voice, Uproar, Round, Echoed Voice, Disarming Voice, Phantom Force, Rock Slide, Beat Up, Defend Order, Sing
Stats: 148/100/64/100/64/92 | 568 BST
Reasoning: A Rabbid, a Boo Balloon, and a phonograph combine to form this bloated opera star, best represented as Normal/Ghost with Levitate. From his introduction, he gets straight to dissing Mario (in proper English, unlike the other Rabbids in the game), thus Parting Shot and Taunt. In battle, his voice acts as a rocket launcher (AoE weapon) that pushes targets away, similarly to Roar. He also packs a technique called Stone Deaf, which petrifies the first foe to enter its range, hence the Rock-type portion of his movepool.
Beat Up, Attack Order, and Defend Order are based on the minions that accompany him in battle, with Heal Order excluded because the minions don't heal him. Instead, he heals himself once per phase transition, so he gets Recover. As for Substitute, the whole gimmick behind the fight is to destroy the spotlights that protect him from harm, and what better way to represent that?
(His base stats are derived and improved from those of Drifblim. Also worth noting that his HP maxes out at 500, which is exactly his max HP in-game.)

Pokémon: Shiba Miyakaze
Franchise/Origin: NEO: The World Ends with You
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Fire/Bug
Ability: Blaze / Levitate / Swarm
Custom move: Flaming Sword (physical Flamethrower)
Notable moves: Attack Order, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Signal Beam, Infestation, Earthquake, Earth Power, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Psycho Cut, Psyshock, Draco Meteor, Power Trip, Swords Dance, Quiver Dance, Substitute, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt
Other moves: Fury Cutter, Bulldoze, Ruination, Slash, Detect, Double Team
Stats: 100/100/75/111/89/125 | 600 BST
Reasoning: Shiba is all about fire-related puns and has a fiery aura in battle, so Fire typing and Blaze are obligatory. Bug typing and Quiver Dance (JP: Butterfly Dance) are based on his connection to butterflies, namely in his Noise symbol and the illusory effect by which he conceals and clones himself. As the Game Master, and thanks to the Executor, he has the ability to summon Noise: the basis of Attack Order and Infestation. (Sound moves are tempting, but NEO TWEWY has a Sound element, and attacks of that element do not resemble the Noise.) Other techniques include firing energy orbs (Psyshock), creating shock waves in the ground (special STAB, Ground coverage), a sword attack (Flaming Sword, Fury Cutter, Fighting coverage, Psycho Cut, Slash, Swords Dance), a meteoric attack (Draco Meteor), and Levitating during battle. Swarm, Substitute, and Double Team come from his cloning technique; Detect from evasive maneuvers; Power Trip and Taunt as aspects of his character.
(Minor edit: Also gave him Ruination because he doubles as the leader of the Ruinbringers.)
