Firefox 4: Mozilla Chrome?

The only bad things about Chrome are
1) The anti aliasing. The text is never anti aliased and it just appears thin, unlike Internet Explorer. I'm not sure if this is a problem only with my Chrome, but both the stable build and Canary don't seem to fix this.

2) The downloader. My internet connection is EXTREMELY slow. When I waste half an hour downloading an album, I expect the download to COMPLETE. But what does it do instead? It freezes up right before the download finishes.

But this problem is fixed because I use Orbit Downloader for all my downloading needs and it integrates well with Chrome. Besides these two things, overall it's a great browser.
 
Chrome is better, more sleeker and just faster to load up and load pages. It's also faster to download.
 
i just upgraded... im no expert on browsers or anything like that but its quite a bit different to previous Firefox' ive used. but i quite like it =)
 
i just updated, and yeah it really does look a lot like chrome, but i don't really care.

also i never understand why people say firefox runs slowly as it hardly ever crashes on me.
 
I'm not a fan of this setup at all. Everything before was in a perfect position for fast tab/home/refreshing.

but like always, just gonna take a little getting use to.

one time i tried to download chrome and i got a blue screen of death
 
I was about to install it today but then saw its warning about some of my plugins and add-ons (or whatever you call those things) being unavailable on the new version. So I decided against upgrading not to lose the stuff I'm used to.
 
i made chrome my porn browser because anytime i was typing a url all the porn i watched would show up on firefox (very embarassing when typing in portal for the u of t student site).

i disagree. in fact, if anyone is ripping anyone else off, apple is ripping off firefox

also, i updated firefox a while ago and for some reason the minimize/maximize/close buttons look like i'm using accessibility mode :/
 
Google Chrome has a sleek design. I want to see less command bars, menu bars or any other "bars", so that It does not look too cluttered.

I just googled for a picture of FireFox 4, and wow, it is sucha Chrome rip-off.
 
anyway I liked Firefox 4, it was pretty good, but user's in this thread were right it is a huge memory hog. So unfortunately I switched to Google Chrome but probably the most useful feature of Firefox 4 is gone; grouping tabs.

Anyway Firefox is hardly a "Chrome rip off," i don't get why people even say that.
 
ff4 is better than ff3 overall. Whether or not they copied chrome doesn't concern me*, because for me chrome is still better overall. If chrome's adblock was better I wouldn't even bother with firefox.

*and if they copied chrome and it made it better I still wouldn't mind. Because me, the user, benefits from each browser making the other better.

I think it's funny that people are "defending" their respective browsers. Cool update though.
 
Contrary to popular belief, I've found Internet Explorer to perform better than Chrome and Firefox, so unless this is a large step up I'm not interested
