Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
I will be taking ToadBrigade's suggestion to do legendary families in one slate. If everyone doesn't mind, I'll just make a prevo for Tapu Lele based on all the other ones. Voting will close when we have everyone's votes.
Congratulations to Scoopapa for winning with Alominium, Myself for winning with Enlok, and ToadBrigade for winning with Anu Mele !
For Stunfisk, we have a 3 way tie between me, Jamis361, and Scoopapa.

Evolves when traded with a Metal Coat New Pokemon Name: Alominium Type:
New Moves: *Tin Fins, Stealth Rock, Heal Bell
Tin Fins - Steel-type Leaf Blade clone Ability: Healer / Hydration | Mold Breaker (HA) Stats: 225 / 105 / 95 / 40 / 45 / 65 | BST: 575 Competitive Niche: I don't think anyone wants to see this thing having Regenerator, but as is it's a new wall that doesn't compete too directly with Eviolite Alomomola. Mold Breaker makes it a defensive answer to M-Sableye which is a boon for defensive teams. Tin Fins gives it a reasonable STAB move, something Alomomola doesn't have. Water / Steel is just an incredible defensive typing that no viable pokemon in the metagame has, which should be a nice thing for the E4E metagame.
Original Pokemon Name: Klefki New Pokemon Name: Enlok Type:
Ability: Psychophant, Serene Grace, Prankster
Psychophant: The user passes their negative stat changes and status conditions to the foe when they attack. Stats: 70/95/110/90/110/95 New Moves: King's Shield, Unlock
Unlock: Steel Type Dragon Tail Clone. Competitive Niche (OU): Enlok is an unpredictable disrupter. It can set up a variety of status moves, force foes out, and even pass status conditions to it's foes. However Enlok's stats are merely average, meaning that it gets outclassed by it's base form in several regards. Enlok's main niche compared the Klefki is being a status absorber and a phaser, both of which work well with Restalk sets
Evolves at level 43. New Pokemon Name: Anu Mele (follow current pattern + Melemele Island) Type:
Removed Moves: Brave Bird, Nature's Madness, Quick Attack, Ability: Electric Terrain Stats: 40 / 65 / 40 / 60 / 40 / 70 (315 BST) Competitive Niche: Fast mixed offences make Anu Mele somewhat unpredictable with access to strong special and physical options. Being fast also enables to prevent and remove hazards with Taunt and Defog. Anu Mele is a great addition to the LC tier bringing momentum and fast support to what is often a more slow and bulky orientated metagame. Suggestion: Cover legendary families in one slate. A lot of submissions for legendary pre-evos have been similar with same typing, same ability, similar stats and similar removed moves. Trying to match patterns set by previous legendaries in the same family makes submissions even more samey. Having the opportunity to create themes across a legendary family will make for a more diverse range of submissions and be more interesting when submitting and voting.
Tropius: With mediocre stats and a relatively average typing, Tropius certainly needs a few tools! Together with Relicanth and Torkettle, it makes a Fire-Water-Grass Trio Ability Ranking: 4
New Moves: 4
Relicanth: Slightly better off than Tropius, but not by much. Together with Tropius and Torkettle, it makes a Fire-Water-Grass Trio Ability Ranking: 4
New Moves: 4
Spinda: Another Normal type, but this time with a unique set of guidelines and several very different ways to be done Ability Ranking: -1 if BST is above 620, 2 if BST above 490, else 4.5
New Moves: 3
Absol: Our beloved harbinger and one of the most memorable of the single stage Pokemon native to the Hoenn region. Ability Ranking: 3.5
New Moves 5
Latias/Latios: Since we are doing Legendaries differently in future slates, I figured it would be best if we did two very similar Pokemon as our first Legendary family. Reminder that Soul Dew is a thing (Even if it is a relatively bad one)
Evolves at level 55 if it has Contrary New Pokemon Name: Swirlorde Type:
Ability: Klutz Stats: 120 / 120 / 120 / 120 / 120 / 60 (BST: 660) New Moves: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Bulk Up Competitive: The niche that Slaking or Regigigas could have occupied, the one of a pokemon with gigantic stats but held back by crippling weakness, but this time it's balanced. Here you have a pokemon with uber-tier stats, but normal type, with a somewhat lackluster movepool and no item nor abilities. Could be interesting in a sticky web team.
Original Pokemon Name: Tropius New Pokemon Name: Tropicane (tropical + hurricane) Evolution Method: Level up past level 40 in the rain Type:
Ability: Rain Rush* / Aerilate / Harvest (HA)

========== New Pokemon Name: Tropisol (tropical + solar) Evolution Method: Level up past level 40 in the sun Type:

Ability: Swift Swim / Rock Head / Multiscale (HA) Stats: 110 / 110 / 145 / 45 / 75 / 65 | BST: 550 (+10 HP, +20 Atk, +15 Def, +10 SpD, +10 Spe) Move Additions: Liquidation, Soak, Recover, Superpower Competitive Niche (OU): Osteocanth can run Rock Head to more easily spam Head Smash, and it can run Choice Band sets with its STAB moves and coverage in Superpower and Earthquake.
Osteocanth @ Choice Band
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Head Smash

Original Pokemon Name: Spinda New Pokemon Name: Wobbla (wobble) Evolution Method: Level up while knowing Teeter Dance Type:
Ability: Own Tempo / Prankster / Contrary (HA) Stats: 90 / 90 / 80 / 60 / 80 / 80 | BST: 480 (+30 HP, +30 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpD, +20 Spe) Move Additions: Wobbly Whack*, Play Rough, Psyshock
Wobbly Whack - Psychic-type Hammer Arm Competitive Niche (OU): Wobbla gains a new signature move in Wobbly Whack that boosts its speed with Contrary, while Superpower provides a way to boost its attack and defense while hitting Steel-types super effectively. Play Rough allows it to hit Dark/Ghost types.
Wobbla @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wobbly Whack
- Return
- Superpower
- Play Rough
Original Pokemon Name: Absol New Pokemon Name: Omage (omen + sage, or homage) Evolution Method: Level up past level 40 while knowing a Psychic-type move without a Fighting move Type:
Ability: Unfazed* / Super Luck / Justified (HA)
Unfazed - Thick Fat clone that halves Bug and Ghost damage Stats: 80 / 140 / 80 / 75 / 80 / 85 | BST: 540 (+15 HP, +10 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpD, +10 Spe) Move Additions: Psychic, Psyshock, Earthquake, Recover, Pain Split Competitive Niche (OU): Omage
========== New Pokemon Name: Herold (hero + herald) Evolution Method: Level up past level 40 while knowing a Fighting-type move without a Psychic move Type:
Ability: Mega Launcher / Super Luck / Justified (HA) Stats: 75 / 120 / 75 / 110 / 75 / 85 | BST: 540 (+10 HP, -10 Atk, +15 Def, +35 SpA, +15 SpD, +10 Spe) Move Additions: Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Recover, Dazzling Gleam Competitive Niche (OU): Herold has good power behind its Mega Launcher-boosted STABs Dark Pulse and Focus Blast, with Psychic coverage giving it neutral coverage and Calm Mind providing set up.
Omage @ Life Orb

Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Psychic / Psyshock
- Calm Mind
Original Pokemon Name: Latias New Pokemon Name: Eonias Evolution Method: Level up while knowing Mist Ball Type:
+Evolves at level 36 if leveled up underwater Original Pokemon Name: Relicanth New Pokemon Name: Elderite Type: Rock-Water Ability: Insulation, Sand Stream, Stamina
Insulation: All Grass, Fire, Water, Electric, and Ice type attacks hit Elderite’s defense stat Stats: 107/111/168/75/104/60 (575 BST) New Moves: U Turn, Cosmic Power, Lifeblood, Extinction
Lifeblood: Removes 33% of the foe’s current HP and heals the user by half the damage dealt
Extinction: Rock Type Explosion Clone Competitive Niche (LC or OU): Elderite is nearly unbreakable. It has amazing defenses and packs a punch. It is a fantastic pivot in a metagame with powerful physical attackers, and Insulation covers many of the special attackers too.
+Evolves at level 36 if leveled up in a forest Original Pokemon Name: Tropius New Pokemon Name: Amasong Type: Grass-Flying Ability: Mirror Guard. Thick Fat, Ripe Fruit
Mirror Guard: Download clone that raises defense if the foe has a higher attack stat and special defense if the foe has a higher special attack stat
Ripe Fruit: When the user switches out, the pokemon that comes in gets health equal to 33% of the user’s health. Stats: 102/67/121/113/117/55 (575 BST) New Moves: Swoop, Hurricane, Rapid Spin, Wish
Swoop: Flying type Volt Switch clone. Competitive Niche (LC or OU): Amasong is an amazing wall that raises its defenses to counter it’s foe. It also can use Ripe Fruit to become a Wish Passer who doesn’t even need to use wish. Its typing is still a drawback, but one that can be worked around.
+Evolves when traded with a Destiny knot Original Pokemon Name: Spinda New Pokemon Name: Sambear Type: Normal-Fairy Ability: Hopeless, Buildup
Hopeless: Attacks are 40% less accurate against foes of the opposite gender
Buildup: The user’s attacks do half damage for the first 5 turns. Stats: 112/126/108/84/104/126 New Moves: Play Rough, Heart Swap, Light Blitz Competitive Niche (LC or OU): Sambear finally got its act together and became a charming dancer. However, Sambear’s romantic tendencies hold it back. It has good stats, but both of it’s abilities are harmful. Still, it has access to skill swap to remove them.
+Evolves at level 38 if leveled up with max happiness Original Pokemon Name: Absol New Pokemon Name: Harbaengel (Harbinger+Angel) Type: Dark-Fairy Ability: Dazzling, Hero, Soundproof
Hero: Immune to all weather damage. Reduces damage from Fire and Ground attacks by 33% Stats: 98/130/83/60/88/107 (560 BST) New Moves: Play Rough, Light Blitz, Leadership, Healing Wish, Wish.
Leadership: Fairy type Parting Shot clone that reduces defense and special defense. Z move version should be identical to Z Parting shot (other than the different stats lowered) Competitive Niche (LC or OU): Harbengel is no longer content warning people, and wants to take action. Competitively, Harbengel is a strange pokemon. It has an average set of abilities, but access to some powerful combos such as Soundproof+Perish Song and Leadership+Fairium Z.
+Evolves at level 38 if leveled up with fainted pokemon in the party Original Pokemon Name: Absol New Pokemon Name: Apocalyst (Apocalypse+Catalyst) Type: Dark-Ground Ability: Sneak Attack, Technician, Intimidate
Sneak Attack: If the user uses a priority move and has a higher speed than the target, +50% damage. Stats: 70/140/95/60/80/115 (560 BST) New Moves: Sudden Strike, Shore Up, Bulldoze, Flare Blitz, Backstab
Backstab: Dark Type Fake Out clone. Competitive Niche (LC or OU): Apocalyst is what happens when Absol gives in to anger. It enacts its revenge systematically and ruthlessly. This transfers over to its competitive uses. It has a vicious set of moves and abilities that can disrupt and destroy many leads. Sneak Attack boosts Sudden Strike to a disgusting level of power, while Technician makes Bulldoze into a great tech move. Both of these abilities increase the power of Backstab, which can let Apocalyst do heavy damage to a foe before they have a chance to act.
+Level up to 25. Becomes Latios if male, Latias if female Original Pokemon Name: Latias/Latios New Pokemon Name: Eonisi Type: Dragon-Psychic Ability: Unaware Stats: 50 / 50 / 50 / 68 / 68 / 74 | BST: 360 Move Subtractions: Fly. Moves not shared by both. Females get Mist Ball and males get Luster Purge. Competitive Niche (LC): This little dragon has yet to take to the skies. Instead, Eonisi is a clueless little infant who runs across the ground. With unaware, Eonisi blocks setup sweepers in their tracks.
Original Pokémon Name: Relicanth New Pokémon Name: Aynchicanth Evolution Method: Level up knowing Ancient Power Typing:
Abilities: Adaptability/Solid Rock/Sap Sipper Stats: 110 / 110 / 150 / 55 / 85 / 25 | BST: 535 New Moves: Curse, Recover, Liquidation, Superpower Lore: Aynchicanth has been forced to adapt to its surroundings over millions of years, hence Adaptability. Over time, its body has solidified to further protect it from predators, hence Solid Rock. Finally, as a bottom dweller, Aychicanth has sustained itself by eating the algae that uses sugar for energy instead of photosynthesis, hence Sap Sipper. Competitive: A slight boost in stats and some better abilities is all Relicanth really needs to be viable. Access to Recover makes it a formidable tank as well without having to rely on RestTalk. 25 base Speed isn't going to help it flinch anything, so Liquidation provides a nice boost over Waterfall. Superpower represents its increased power and gives it a better coverage move for an Adaptability Choice Band set, if you're into that. Curse sets will be pretty great as well, again considering Aynchicanth's good bulk and awful Speed. Sap Sipper gives it a nice niche in walling most Grass types, as their secondary STABs tend to be resisted by Water- or Rock-types.
Original Pokémon Name: Spinda New Pokémon Name: Impear Evolution Method: Level up with 2 hearts of Affection while knowing a Ghost-type move Typing:
Abilities: Cursed Body/Soundproof Stats: 163 / 109 / 107 / 113 / 61 / 67 | BST: 620 (+103 HP, + 49 Atk, +47 Def, +53 SpA, +1 SpD, +7 Spe) New Moves: Sing (no longer Event exclusive and available with Soundproof), Perish Song, Shadow Claw, Dark Pulse Lore: Impear is known to sing loudly and constantly; its haunting melodies echo its regrets of aimless wandering as a Spinda. It often sings so loud that it cannot hear anything else, hence Soundproof. Although it is a generally peaceful creature when left alone, those who attempt to interrupt its chorus with an attack are sure to be cursed upon impact, hence Cursed Body. Competitive: Spinda was really hurting for something special in an evolution, and while Contrary is nice and all, I think this provides a more interesting take on the mon. Massive physical bulk is a huge plus, and that HP stat allows for some FAT Wish-passing. Normal-Ghost typing is always fun, and access to Calm Mind to patch up its bad SpDef stat is pretty great too. No instant recovery hopefully keeps this balanced enough.
Original Pokémon Name: Absol New Pokémon Name: Absoluna Evolution Method: Moon Stone Typing:
Abilities: Intimidate/Lightning Rod/Fairy Aura Stats: 95 / 130 / 60 / 95 / 90 / 95 | BST: 565 New Moves: Moonblast, Moonlight, Nasty Plot, Agility, Psychic Lore: Imbued with the power of the moon, Absoluna gains the Fairy typing as enabled by the Moon Stone. This Pokémon takes up defending others as second nature. Instead of being seen as unlucky, Absoluna are hailed as defenders of the land. Intimidate replaces Pressure as Absoluna's larger build and sharper horn tend to intimidate an opponent rather than just put pressure on them. Absoluna's horn is able to absorb lightning in efforts to protect others from its dangerous effects, hence Lightning Rod. Absoluna's great power gifted to it by the moon gives it a special aura that powers up its moves, hence Fairy Aura. Competitive: Bulkier, slightly less powerful and fast Mega Absol, but it gets a secondary typing that it already should've had and it gets to hold an item. What's not to like? More interesting abilities give Absoluna good utility, whether through Intimidate or an extra immunity. Fairy Aura and Nasty Plot give it a threatening offensive presence, though middling Speed and SpAtk stats should keep it in check. Of course, the typical SD-Sucker set works well here, too.
Mega Evolution Method: Absolunite Mega Typing:
Mega Ability: Magic Bounce Mega Stats: 95 / 150 / 90 / 115 / 100 / 115 | BST: 665 (+20 Atk, +30 Def, +20 SpA, +10 SpD, +20 Spe) Competitive: A bulkier Mega Absol with a better typing all-around. Its stat increases give it the potential to run Calm Mind sets with Wish, or just to be a bulky support mon. Plus, pre-Mega abilities in Intimidate and Lightning Rod are great and make switching in and set-up easier.
Original Pokémon Name: Latias/Latios New Pokémon Name: Latini Evolution Method: Level 50 (Latias if female, Latios if male) Typing:
Ability: Levitate Stats: 50 / 50 / 50 / 80 / 80 / 80 | BST: 390 Removed Moves: Moves not shared by the two, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Earthquake Competitive: Latini is simply the Latis in LC. Not much more to say.
Original Pokémon Name: Relicanth New Pokémon Name: Aynchicanth Evolution Method: Level up knowing Ancient Power Typing: Water-Rock Abilities: Adaptability/Solid Rock/Sap Sipper Stats: 110/110/150/55/85/25 (+10 HP, SpA; +20 Atk, Def, SpD; -30 Spe) | BST: 535 New Moves: Curse, Recover, Liquidation, Superpower Lore: Aynchicanth has been forced to adapt to its surroundings over millions of years, hence Adaptability.
More to come in a bit.
Tiebreaker vote for myself if that's legal, otherwise Scoopapa
Original Pokemon Name: Relicanth New Pokemon Name: Coelacrash Type:
Ability: Sheer Force / Rock Head / Filter(HA) Stats: 110 / 105 / 150 / 85 / 95 / 30 | BST: 575 Move Additions: *Ancient Force, Liquidation, Focus Blast, Slack Off
Ancient Force - Special | Rock type | 120 BP | 1/3 Recoil | 10% chance to Paralyze Competitive Niche (OU): Coelacrash retains Relicanth's basic function of being a tank with extreme physical defense and strong attacks, but adds a lot more strong attacking options. Special Sheer Force sets can hit much harder than the Nidos thanks to a 120 BP STAB move that's boosted by Sheer Force. Head Smash sets with Rock Head are still viable as well.
Original Pokemon Name: Tropius New Pokemon Name: Cabanasaur Type:
Ability: Chlorophyll / Solar Power | Harvest (HA) Stats: 112 / 85 / 91 / 117 / 99 / 71 | BST: 575 New Moves: *Sugar Rush, Draco Meteor, Earth Power, Flamethrower
Sugar Rush - Raises SpA and Speed by 1 stage Competitive Niche (OU): A bulky sweeper that uses a special variant to Dragon Dance. While its STAB coverage has some gaps, Earth Power and Flamethrower let it break through many problematic Steel types, making it capable of cleaning up many teams once certain revenge killers are weakened. The same Ice coverage that brings down behemoths like Zygarde should ensure that this stays under control.
Original Pokemon Name: Spinda New Pokemon Name: Booziquan Type:
Ability: *Drunken Style
Drunken Style - User is confused upon switching in. While confused, it transforms into its drunken forme and cannot hit itself. If not confused, it transforms into the base form. Transformations occur at the end of the turn. Stats:
Base Forme: 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 | BST: 480 Drunken Forme: 80 / 140 / 160 / 80 / 90 / 80 | BST: 630 New Moves: Slack Off, Knock Off, Parting Shot Competitive Niche (OU): Booziquan is an oddball physical tank that has poor stats upon switch-in, then gains tremendous stats for 2-5 turns, before losing them again until the next switch ( unless it uses Thrash to confuse itself ). It has great support moves in Rapid Spin and Parting Shot, as well as supporting attacks like Body Slam and Knock Off, making overall a good team player.
Original Pokemon Name: Absol New Pokemon Name: Omane Type:
Ability: Pressure / Mold Breaker | Justified (HA) Stats: 75 / 155 / 75 / 100 / 85 / 80 | BST: 570 New Moves: Moonblast, Moonlight, Nasty Plot, Bulk Up, Poison Jab Competitive Niche (OU): Omane is a one stat wonder just like Absol is, only now it has enough power to stand out on that basis. It packs slightly more power than Azumarill, with considerably more speed, a much stronger priority attack, and Swords Dance. Setting up isn't that easy, but it has good wall breaking and revenge killing potential even without setting up.
Evolved at level 40 if male. New Pokemon Name: Bananasauros (banana + sauros I'm creative ok) Type:
New Moves: Heat Wave, Draco Meteor, Flare Blitz Ability: Chlorophyll, Filter, Harvest Stats: 130 / 85 / 106 / 85 / 113 / 66 (585 BST) Competitive Niche: Not a whole lot can KO Bananasauros before it gets a chance to set up a Dragon Dance. Its high bulk and Filter ability can let it take most supereffective, even avoiding a 2HKO from the likes of a Specs Tapu Lele Moonblast. However due to its low Speed and middling Attack, it will need multiple boosts to sweep through a team meaning it will excel at beating bulky teams. Being a Grass type allows it beat bulky Water types such as Quagsire and Suicune. Not knowing whether Bananasauros has Earthquake or Flare Blitz as coverage makes switching into this dinosaur difficult.
Evolved at level 40 if female. New Pokemon Name: Photodocus (photosynthesis + diplodocus) Type:
New Moves: Hurricane, Sleep Powder Ability: Chlorophyll, Pressure, Harvest Stats: 130 / 75 / 95 / 66 / 106 / 113 (585 BST) Competitive Niche: Imagine if Pressure Suicune had Leech Seed. Though poor typing allows Ice types such as Mamoswine and Weavile (and just about any Choice Scarf user) to shut dow Photodocus, she can Pressure stall a good chunk of the OU metagame. She has good speed, Leech Seed and Roost for recovery and Protect and Substitute do drain all of you opponents PP. This would even put Fire types such as Heatran Under Pressure.
It's the terror of knowing what the world is about
Watching some good friends screaming
'Let me out'
Pray tomorrow gets me higher, high
Pressure on people, people on streets
Evolved if using Dive (or Surf in a cave). New Pokemon Name: Paleocanth (paleo + coelacanth) Type:
New Moves: Spikes, Trick Room, Endeavour Ability: Ancient Barnacles (raises users speed and lowers opponents speed by one stage upon physical contact), Rock Head, Sturdy Stats: 120 / 150 / 140 / 35 / 65 / 75 (585 BST) Competitive Niche: Aims to set up Stealth Rocks and then try to KO something before it gets knocked out. It can set up Trick Room or hazards against most physical attackers and then proceed to deal a lot of damage by outspeeding thanks to Ancient Barnacles or Trick Room. It's low special bulk and poor typing makes Paleocanth wary around special attackers but with 150 attack its a force to be reckoned with under Trick Room.
Levelled up at a random level between 42 and 100. New Pokemon Name: Ditzy (dizzy + blitz) Type:
New Moves:
Ability: Normalize Stats: 100 / 160 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 (660 BST) Competitive Niche: Ditzy hits like a truck. A truck that's hurtling through the sky at terminal velocity. A truck that's hurtling through the sky at terminal velocity filled with highly explosive chemicals. A truck that cannot touch Ghost types whatsoever. A truck that is walled by Steel types. A truck that really can't really do anything against a large amount of Pokemon. Ditzy is your new low-ladder hero and Jokemon but any half-competent player should be able to play around it easily enough.
Evolved when levelled up at a ruined or destroyed place (Burned Tower, Abandoned Ship, Thrifty Megamart, etc.) New Pokemon Name: Absocalypse (Absol + apocalypse) Type:
New Moves: Apocalypse (Dark-type, physical Future Sight clone) Ability: Forewarn, Super Luck, Justified Mega Ability: Magic Bounce Stats: 65 / 150 / 60 / 115 / 60 / 115 (565 BST) Mega Stats: 65 / 170 / 70 / 155 / 70 / 135 (665 BST) Competitive Niche: Absocalypse gains a Mega evolution instead of Absol having one (Mega Absol needed a buff as much as Absol needed an evolution). Absocalypse is fast and hits hard with a similar stat line to Alakazam if it were physical. With a Choice Scarf it can terrorise teams since Dark is an excellent offensive type. It also has a chance to break through its resistances thanks to Super Luck making Night Slash crit 50% of the time (100% if holding Scope Lens). Its Mega evolution trades an item slot for more power and speed and turning Mega Absocalypse into a potent mixed attacker. Both the base form and the Mega evolution suffer from mediocre defensive stats and are vulnerable faster Pokemon, Choice Scarf users and priority.
Evolves when levelled up at 30+ if player has the Eon Flute. New Pokemon Name: Lati♂ and Lati♀ Type:
Removed Moves: Mist Ball/Lustre Purge Ability: Levitate Lati♂ Stats: 60 / 65 / 40 / 85 / 55 / 70 (365 BST) Lati♀ Stats: 60 / 45 / 60 / 65 / 75 / 70 (365 BST) Competitive Niche: Both Lati play similar roles in LC but with lower stats their differences are starker. With Eviolite, Lati♀ can be a great defensive wall with access to Recover and utility moves such as Defog and Reflect Type. It also has the bulk to run a Calm Mind + Stored Power set. Lati♂conversely has more power to break through the bulky LC metagame with either a powerful Draco Meteor or setting up with Dragon Dance and a physical move set. The Lati twins have six weaknesses so a counter or check should be found commonly on all teams.
Original Pokemon Name: Spinda New Pokemon Name: Twirlia Type: Normal/Fighting Ability: No Guard / Simple | Contrary Stats: 80/80/80/80/80/80 BST 480 New Moves: Focus Blast, Boomburst, Superpower Competitive Niche (OU): Wanna see a Spinda, but it may have a chance at RU at least? This is it. Broken abilities, dumb moves, but below average stats. You can run Special or Physical (Dynamic Punch or Focus Blast, Return or Boomburst,). I almost gave it Nasty Plot, but I forbid myself to make relevant moves and only use memes. Fell Stinger on a Simple set? Who needs Belly Drum or Swords Dance? Turns out that it doesn't get Superpower naturally. Well oof.
Original Pokemon Name: Spinda New Pokemon Name: Untwirlia Type: Normal Ability: Protean / Simple | Contrary Stats: 100/130/80/40/100/40 BST 490 New Moves: Superpower, Earthquake, V-Create Competitive Niche (OU): A bulky, but if you want it to be, and fast sweeper. aRe YoU pRoUd Of Me? I DID IT 490 BST AND IT'S STILL BROKEN.
Excuse me, a little upset about the weird conditions. But I succeeded them nonetheless.
Original Pokemon Name: Absol New Pokemon Name: Exon Type: Dark/Psychic Ability: Prediction - (A Dazzling Clone) / Sniper | Mold Breaker Stats: 80/150/80/80/80/130 BST 600 New Moves: Focus Energy, Double Chop, Crunch, Mach Punch, Sacred Sword
Double Chop - (Fighting Type Night Slash clone) Competitive Niche (OU): Sorry, did someone ask for a better Mega Absol? Perfect coverage, neutral against all types. Gave it a crit set, and two general sets. More bulk and more speed than Mega Absol makes this a killing beast. I would say it's best set is a Sniper set, with such high speed and attack, it doesn't really need scarf. Dazzling could help and you could run general attacks. It's only afraid of Fairy and Bug attacks, which is covered by steel, making it very easy to take care of.
Original Pokemon Name: Relicanth New Pokemon Name: Artimeria Type: Dark/Water (Wasn't this a movie?) Ability: Swift Swim / Strong Jaw | Sturdy Stats: 120/110/150/55/90/60 BST 585 New Moves: Crunch, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Competitive Niche (OU): I didn't feel like min-maxing this thing purely because it's based on an ancient fish. So I researched the fish, and it turns out it used to be a predator. So slap a Strong Jaw, Crunch, and the elemental fangs, and it's suddenly predatorial. I wish I could have given a better Water STAB, but Waterfall is fine.
Original Pokemon Name: Tropius New Pokemon Name: Islandorus
Type: Dragon / Flying Ability: Chlorophyll / Solar Power | Aerilate Stats: 109/67/101/129/105/71 New Moves: Hyper Voice, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Flamethrower Competitive Niche (OU): A powerful Sun abuser or a bulky Aerilate user. I wish I could have made it Grass/Fire, but Aerilate wouldn't fit right. But now it has the evolution it always deserved.

Evolves at Level 42 New Pokemon Name: Floundoom Type:
New Moves: *Burrow, Shore Up, Volt Switch, Hydro Pump
*Burrow - This pokemon gains the "Burrowed" effect. While Burrowed, this pokemon's moves have +1 priority, and it's immune to some status moves ( anything blocked by Substitute ). Using a move or taking a direct attack ends the effect. Ability: Static / Limber | Burrowing (HA)
*Burrowing - Upon switching in, this pokemon gains the "Burrowed" effect. Stats: 119 / 76 / 89 / 106 / 109 / 42 | BST: 541 Competitive Niche: A versatile tank that can fit on a variety of teams depending on its set. A Specs Burrowing set with Volt Switch can support offensive teams very well by revenge killing threats, switching into status, and forming part of a pivoting core. A physically defensive set with Static would be the bulkiest Static user in the tier, and be valuable to bulky offense teams that need Paralysis support ( also a U-turn/Volt Switch counter ). Finally, its great special bulk and slow pivoting would make a Special Defense set useful on balance teams as a wall.
