Are you sure it gets it though? Squirtle was a bitch to breed and I just want to know for sure if I'm going to go out and try to get a Water Spout version. The IV checker in Kiloude City is able to tell me what has a 31 IV so when it's based around 30-31 IV after an IV battle, I just go to the IV checker and figure it out.

The reason I believe it learns water spout is because I swear I saw it in someone elses thread, I'm looking for it now.

Edit: Yep, eppie has a few in his thread with Water Spout/Aura Sphere/Dragon Pulse.
