[SET COMMENTS]
* Whimsicott is able to utilize its ability Prankster to be able to go first against most targets such as Dragapult and non-Taunt Spectrier, to set up Leech Seed on these Pokemon while also being able to survive a hit with its decent natural bulk.
* Moonblast is utilized for the matchup against both Urshifu formes, as usually one or two of these are enough to KO Urshifu-S and Urshifu-R respectively, while they struggle to KO back.
* The combination of Protect and Substitute allows it to stall most Pokemon in the tier thanks to the recovery from Leech Seed, Substitute can also be utilized to give Pokemon like Choice Band Ursaluna and Donphan more chances to miss a Gunk Shot, which would otherwise OHKO Whimsicott, allowing it to set up Leech Seed.
* The HP and Defense EVs allow Whimsicott to survive a Choice Band Poison Jab from Urshifu-R thanks to its Kebia Berry, as well as potentially survive any poisoning effects from the same attack. while the Speed EVs are enough to outspeed Adamant variants of both Urshifu formes.
* Due to the nature of both Leech Seed and Prankster, Whimsicott struggles against most Grass- and Dark-type Pokemon, such as Ogerpon-W, Meowscarada, and Darkrai, and despite the Kebia Berry it holds, it's still not enough to live STAB Poison-type attacks from the likes of Sneasler and Pecharunt, so Pokemon that can beat most of these, such as Scizor, Hisuian Goodra and Dragapult make for good partners.
* It's also worth mentioning that Steel-types like Scizor and Iron Crown can also give big trouble to Whimsicott, so good Steel-type answers like Ursaluna and Landorus-T are good teammates as well.

Reword this. It's a weird benchmark because you always survive CB Jab, but you have a 25% to survive after the poison trigger, so 7.5% overall. Right now it sounds like you have a chance to survive the initial attack and then another chance to survive a potential poisoning. Also you only care about surviving the poison from Ada CB Urshi-Rapid as you KO CB urshi-s
* Prankster allowing to go first always also allows it to have an edge over Serperior in the Primarina matchup, as it's not affected by its Icy Wind. What? icy wind doesn't affect serp and you also just encore the whims as prim??
* Due to the nature of both Leech Seed and Prankster, Whimsicott struggles against most Grass- and Dark-type Pokemon, such as Ogerpon-W, Zarude, and Roaring Moon, and despite the Kebia Berry it holds, it's still not enough to live STAB Poison-type attacks from the likes of Sneasler and Pecharunt, so Pokemon that can beat most of these, such as Scizor, Hisuian Goodra and Dragapult make for good partners.
