Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Well the reasoning for Heatran was that it checks Mag and Kart which is a good reasoning, but we didn't test Flarenix yet, which was designed to check those and be a supporter and attacker. Heatran will do well in the meta, but I didn't want to overload the tier with checks to Magearna and Kartana.
There's other tiers besides S tier, you know. However, I am aware that Mag and Kart may be banned, leaving a huge, stally hole in the middle of the meta. I can see how bringing in Heatran can be considered good in that respect.
When a Pokemon with this ability is on the field, the Pokemon that moves first deals ×1.3 damage. Switching counts as moving. This effect doesn't take into account speed boosts and Choice Scarf.
Description: With it's ability, it can hit extremely hard, but it's also slow, wich means that if it gets on the field on something it can kill. You can then either hit it if you think it's going to stay in, or use Trick Room and gain a considerable advantage if you think it's going to switch out.
Name: Accelgor-Alola Typing:
Stats: 110-40-45-90-60-150 Ability:Hiding Capabilities (On switch-in, can't take damage from ennemies attacks. Has to stay in for a turn afterwards) Movepool changes: Gains Stealth Rock
Name: Shinobug (Shinobi (japanese word, synonym for ninja)+ Bug (Slug also works)) Typing:
Ability: Hiding Capabilities Stats:110-40-45-115-60-160 Movepool additions from Accelgor-Alola: Encore
On switch-in, can't take damage. Must stay in for a turn afterwards.
Description: Even better as a suicide lead, because it can, with a Focus Sash, always set at least two hasards. With Protect, it can also try to stall out the opponent, especially with an Eviolite.
Stats:95-50-140-65-136-28 Abilities: Flame Body, Landslide Notable Movepool Additions from Bergmite-Alola: Eruption, Fire Spin, Disable, Stone Edge
On contact, lowers the opponent's speed
Description: Now really bulky on both side, Avalugg has a better defensive typing than base (but still not a good one). It also acts as a great stop to a lot of physically offensive Pokemon, which won't appreciate it's abilities.
Name:Uxie-Alola Typing:
Stats:70-115-90-115-90-95 Ability:Knowledge
On switch-in, reveals the opponent's move that is in the first slot
Description: A much more offensive Uxie, which Can be used to scout opponents moves, even if it is easily played around when building a team.
Name: Azelf-Alola Typing:
Stats: 75-95-100-95-100-115 Ability:Willpower Movepool Changes: Gains Stone Edge, Rock Slide,
Superefective moves against a Pokemon with this ability deal 75% of the regular damage
Description: Azelf but defensive. It still has a great movepool, and it's longevity is increased by it's ability.
On switch-in, takes the opponent's secondary typing. If the opponent doesn't have a secondary typing, stays Psychic.
Description: Even if this has the same stats as regular Mesprit, it is really different because it's typing and new ability allows it to get a lot more versability, ans usefulness in most battles.
Name: Litwick-Alola Type:
Stats: 55-30-55-50-55-30 Abilities: Stamina/--/Life Absorption (HA) Notable movepool changes: Removed Ghost and Fire moves
Name: Lampent-Alola Typing:
Stats: 50-40-65-85-65-65 Ability: Stamina/--/Life Absorption (HA) Notable movepool changes: Removed Ghost and Fire moves, added Flash Cannon
Name: Chandelure-Alola Typing:
Stats: 80-55-80-125-80-100 Ability: Stamina/--/Life Absorbtion (HA) Notable Movepool Changes: Added Doom Desire, removed Ghost and Fire moves
When fainting an opponent, heals by 50%of the damage dealt.
Description: While it's weaker than it's Unovan counterpart, it's much faster, and gets more longevity due to it's new ability, and can now viably run Calm Mind sets. It can also be used to pressure some Pokemon for it's team with Doom Desire.
Description: Pretty good bulk, Regenerator and Wish (with pivoting!) might seem a bit too good At first, it has no recovery besides Regenerator and Wish, which greatly reduces it's longevity, and gets not much outside of that. With Ally Switch and Telepathy it could also be pretty good in Doubles.
Name: Drapion-Alola Typing: Poison-Bug Stats: 60-130-80-70-85-85 Ability: Last Toxin Notable Movepool Changes: Gains U-Turn, Gunk Shot and First Impression
When an attack from this Pokemon puts an opponent below 50% HP, badly poisons the opponent.
Description: Yes this is basically my Mega-Drapion idea in M4A. Even if this one isn't fast, it wouldn't be a Trick Room abuser because it still has a good speed, but it's new typing and moves allows it to have much more possible roles than regular Drapion. U-Turn makes it an offensive pivot, First Impression gives it speed control, and Gunk Shot makes CB and Swords Dance sets much more threatening.
Name: Alolan-Gligar Typing:
Abilities: Guts/--/Intimidate (HA) Stats: 70-80-95-35-85-65 Notable Movepool Changes: No Ground type moves
Name: Alolan-Gliscor Typing:
Abilities: Guts/--/Intimidate (HA) Stats: 80-100-115-45-95-75 Notable Movepool Changes: No Ground type moves, gains Gunk Shot
Description: So this one can be either a fully offensive Pokemon with Guts and Flame Orb (which draws a nice parallel to regular Gliscor), hitting pretty hard, especially with Facade, which makes it a Conkeldurr or sort, or it can take a much more defensive set, by using Intimidate, Knock Off, Defog, Stealth Rocks, U-Turn... It becomes a great check to a lot of physical attackers like Kartana (not much but still a bit) or Forsnaken.

70 BP, 100 Acc, 15 (max. 24) PP, Physical Fire Move, 20% Chance to burn the opponent
Terrett (turret + ferret)
Type: Fighting/Grass
Stats: 85/96/69/96/70/104 [520 BST - same as Obstagoon]
Abilities: Bulletproof / Keen Eye | Ballistician [50% power boost to ball/bomb moves]
Flavor: These Pokemon hide in grass because they weren't allowed in Alola. This made them more aggressive and wary of humans. They hide in bushes and attack with fruit and stones to repel attackers. They have a hierarchical chain of command.
Competitive: Stat spread is pretty mediocre but it's made up with some strong options (since it doesn't get Focus Blast; 180BP STAB would be too much even with its stats). Aura Sphere + Shadow Ball is pretty decent (both are 120BP with the boost). Energy Ball is good STAB (135 BP). Mud Bomb (97.5 BP) could also be good coverage without needing to go split for Earthquake, and Sludge Bomb (135 BP) provides coverage for Fairies. Physical sets can use Seed Bomb (120 BP) with Close Combat, with Earthquake and Rock Blast (min 65 BST, up to 187.5 BST). Special sets could also be fun on Weather (Weather Ball hits 150 BP before weather bonus, so 225 BP). Also gave it Gravity if you really want to try Zap Cannon (180 BP) or Grasswhistle.
Alolan Gardevoir
Type: Fairy/Ghost
Stats: 68/55/70/125/105/95
Abilities: Competitive / Trace | Guardian [Applies Lucky Chant on entry - player side crit immunity for 5 turns]
Mega Alolan Gardevoir
Type: Fairy/Ghost
Stats: 68/55/100/155/135/105
Ability: Prankster
Competitive: Ultimate hazard control, as it blocks Rapid Spin, removes hazards (with Defog), punishes Defog with Competitive, and has Taunt to block hazards from coming back. In typical Gardevoir fashion, provides amazing team support via status and Wish due to a great defensive type, or can go offensive with amazing duel STAB.
Mega provides a sizable bonus in all its relevant stats, amplifying its options at the cost of losing an item. With its wide support movepool, Prankster provides some interesting utility.
Mega Alolan Gallade
Type: Fairy/Fighting
Stats: 68/165/105/85/105/90
Abilities: Hyper Cutter
Competitive: Incredible revenge killer as it prevents its foe from fleeing. However, its lower speed tier generally means it will take the hit in the process. Unlike other trapping abilities, this one is only for a single turn so if it can't KO, the foe can then switch. Choice sets are probably what you want here.
Mega provides a much needed speed boost for Swords Dance sets, and provides a crucial immunity to intimidate.
Flavor: An Alolan population of Ralts grew in complete isolation from typical Ralts. As this population has had minimal human interaction, it instead seeks to protect nature with its life. Both Gardevoir and Gallade take on different approaches to protecting the islands they call home, using mischevious strategies (Gardevoir) or aggressive behaviour (Gallade) if something poses a threat to the islands.
(Gallade also gets the Gardevoir moves as Ralts/Kirlia share the learnset of Gardevoir. (Only exceptions: Wish/Defog are Gardevoir exclusive)

Entei-Alola
Type: Fire/Ghost
Ability: Flash Fire
New Moves: Shadow Claw, Heat Haze [Fire type physical Clear Smog], Morning Sun
90/130/65/100/115/80
Competitive: Hits even harder with Sacred Fires, though it loses its speed tier. Has a fun defensive typing as well, as it resists so much of the meta (Bug, Fighting, Fairy, Steel, Grass, etc.). Think Alolawak in early SM when everyone tried to run that defensive set to cover Kart, Phero and Mag.
Raikou-Alola
Electric/Ghost
Ability: Lightningrod
New Moves: Thunderhead [70BP Electric special, sets rain next turn (like Yawn), Morning Sun
90/80/65/115/100/130
Competitive: Fun rain mon as Thunderhead + Volt Switch brings in any rain attacker without wasting a turn. It's also playing like Rotom-A from DPP as it's a solid defensive typing (Flying and Steel resists with Fighting immunity) if you want to use it that way.
Suicune-Alola
Water/Ghost
Ability: Water Absorb
New Moves: Tide Change [Status. If user moves first (or second in doubles), Life Dew (for user) and switches. If user moves last (or third in doubles), Refresh (for user) and switches], Morning Sun
130/80/65/115/100/90
Competitive: Bulkier Jellicent with the option to remove status with smart play. Attacking sets are an option but that defensive typing is so good that you probably want to do that instead.
Flavor: An Ultra Wormhole connected to a past version of Johto, bringing the spirit forms of the trio into Alola before Ho-oh could revive them.
Movesets are basically the same aside from their sig move, Morning Sun and Entei's Shadow Claw
Alolan Wooper
Type: Water/Grass
Ability: Simple / Regenerator | Unaware
Stats: Unchanged
New moves: Absorb, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Mire [Sets the swamp field effect for 5 turns - quarters foe's speed. See pledge moves.]
Alolan Quagsire
Type: Water/Grass
Ability: Simple / Regenerator | Unaware
Stats: 95/85/85/75/75/15
New moves: nothing new from Wooper
Competitive: strong hyper offense option due to Mire, which sets a sticky web-like effect that can't be removed by hazards (though it is time restricted). However, it's slow speed makes it prime taunt bait. Can also do fun Regen stuff, playing like a combined Alomomola/Tangrowth, but it will always be held back by its low BST. Or have fun with Quag's wide movepool with Haze, Recover, Yawn, Encore, Toxic and Scald. Simple provides some fun with Stockpile or Curse.
Flavor: Because Wooper is kind of... dimwitted, it kept its same habitat when it arrived at the Alolan Islands. However, these marshlands having more nutrients in the water due to increased vegetation. It hides within the plants to avoid predators.
Moves:
Level Up:
1: Flare Blitz, Shift Gear, Metal Sound, Ember, Sunny Day, Power Trip, Slash
5: Metal Claw
9: Flame Wheel
13: Fire Fang
17: Afterburn (Signature Move 1: Fire-type Future Sight)
21: Iron Defense
25: Mirror Shot
29: Polarize (Signature Move 2: Steel-type. 20 PP. Forces all Pokemon to randomly switch out with another Pokemon (Roar, but applied to self)
33: Lava Plume
37: Iron Head
41: Fire Spin
45: Cinders (Signature Move 3: Cinders. Fire-type. 20PP. Sets the following entry hazard: Cinders. (Effects: Can be stacked up to 3 times. One layer: switch in takes 6% damage. Two layers: switch in takes 12% damage. Three layers: switch in takes 12% damage and is burned. Fire-type Pokemon are immune to the hazard and absorb it. Grounded Pokemon are affected by all components. Does not ignore burn immunities (Fire-type and Water Veil).
49: Shift Gear
53: Flare Blitz
Tutors:
Block, Bug Bite, Drill Run, Earth Power, Electroweb, Heat Wave, Iron Defense, Iron Tail, Magnet Rise
Flavor: The bees found refuge in the volcano. Vespiquen rests at the core of the volcano and sends its Combee drones out to investigate anything it deems suspicious. Based on drones and rockets.
Competitive: Versatile mon that does a lot. Support sets love its typing with Levitate, leaving it only weak to Water and Fighting (and, unlike Heatran, it gets recovery!) It gets its own unique hazard that dissuades Steels from coming in, while also increasing the viability of Fire-types as pivots. Afterburn puts a lot of pressure on the tier's many Steel-types, dissuading them from coming in, and synergizes well with Fairies/Dragons.
Or you can go offensive with Shift Gear and Speed Boost. If it gets the turn, it jumps up to 348 speed, which is... okay. With a second free turn, it can get to 556 to be at +6 speed/+2 attack.
Stats: 93, 116, 66, 126, 76, 103 Ability: Ultra Slayer (The users attacks always will score a Critical hit if the opposing pokemon is either a Ultra Beast, Solgaleo, Lunala or any Necrozma form) Relevant Additions: Night Daze
Psycho Waves | 80 BP | 100% Accuracy | View attachment 306776 | View attachment 306777 | Sound Move | 10 PP (16 PP) | If used on a Pokemon with Soundproof, this move doubles in power. 25% to confuse target.

ok, but i said possibly. I understand they're a little broken (Saying this because of some forms), but they were made and intended for Ubers. I will try to balance the Weather and Terrain Formes, by editing the stats , though.

Hey! Nice to see you here! Fist off Zygarde isn't allowed since it already exists in the Dex. kakaks already made a Bug/Dark Weedle line, so maybe you want to try something else.
The rest of your mons are fine.
Second of all The Main Mon I understand that you have questions, but I wouldn't spam the whole thread with questions. If you want to know something DM me or the other council members or join our Discord. It's way better for this thread. I am the Impostor I appreciate your help, I really do, but you could've DM them and continued the discussion there. The thread looks really littered now.
Could you both please remove your one liners? The Main Mon you can still keep your sub but please delete these one liners.
I'm not mad at you both, because one of you is new and other just wanted to help, but in the future, please don't use the thread for it.
Cya!
Well, here is the thing Kyurem can't get a forme, because of its strength. Besides that we're not doing Ubers. If you really want to subs a legend ask me via Smogon DM or join our Discord Server.
Besides that, Absol already exists in the Alola Region, so you can't sub an Alolan form for it
Alright people, the time has come! There can be 17 winners.
Your amount of self votes depends on how many submissions you've done. You have to divide that number by two (rounded down).
e.g. Someone with 7 or 6 subs has 3 self votes, someone with 5 or 4 subs has 2 half votes and so on.
Magmajudis has 3
ViZar has 2
Ema Skye has 2
G-Luke has 1
kakaks has 3
PalpitoadChamp has 2
The Main Mon has 2
Here are the submissions you can vote on. (Too many for one post, Holy Heck?)
When a Pokemon with this ability is on the field, the Pokemon that moves first deals ×1.5 damage. Switching counts as moving.
Description: With it's ability, it can hit extremely hard, but it's also slow, wich means that if it gets on the field on something it can kill. You can then either hit it if you think it's going to stay in, or use Trick Room and gain a considerable advantage if you think it's going to switch out.
Name: Accelgor-Alola Typing: View attachment 306660View attachment 306661 Stats: 110-40-45-90-60-150 Ability:Hiding Capabilities (On switch-in, can't take damage from ennemies attacks. Has to stay in for a turn afterwards) Movepool changes: Gains Stealth Rock, loses Spikes
Name: Shinobug (Shinobi (japanese word, synonym for ninja)+ Bug (Slug also works)) Typing: View attachment 306658View attachment 306659
Ability: Hiding Capabilities Stats:110-40-75-90-80-150 Movepool additions from Accelgor-Alola: Toxic Spikes, Encore
On switch-in, can't take damage. Must stay in for a turn afterwards.
Description: Even better as a suicide lead, because it can, with a Focus Sash, always set at least two hasards. With Protect, it can also try to stall out the opponent, especially with an Eviolite.
Name:Avalugg-Alola Typing:View attachment 306652View attachment 306655 Stats:95-50-140-65-136-28 Abilities: Flame Body, Landslide Notable Movepool Additions from Bergmite-Alola: Eruption, Fire Spin, Disable, Stone Edge
On contact, lowers the opponent's speed
Description: Now really bulky on both side, Avalugg has a better defensive typing than base (but still not a good one). It also acts as a great stop to a lot of physically offensive Pokemon, which won't appreciate it's abilities.
