Ok, this thread will probably never make it anywhere but I must still try.
I was reluctant to do this, but Delcatty does get useful support moves.
Delcatty #301

Click it to see the dex page.
Stats:
70 - HP
65 - Atk
65 - Def
55 - Sp. Atk
55 - Sp. Def
70 - Speed
Mediocre all around.
Traits:
Normalize - All of Delcatty's attacks are Normal-type instead of their usual type.
Normalize is like an Adaptability that works for every attack. It basically gets rid of type-coverage.
Cute Charm - 30% of infatuating an attacker of the opposite gender if Delcatty is attacked physically.
Cute Charm is near useless, but a choice none-the-less.
Her two traits are quite a toss up. Normalize is interesting because it basically gives her STAB on all of her attack moves but steels or rocks with decent defenses will make quick work of her, as will any ghost(doubt Normalize would be forgiving). She's most likely going to the lower-UU tier, or maybe even NU, sadly. Will she have to deal with Aggron or Probopass, who knows?
Now, let's look at her gigantic movepool.
Physical - Important ones
Zen Headbutt
Sucker Punch
Last Resort
Wake-Up Slap
Double-Edge
Return
Fake Out
Iron Tail
Payback
Covet
Fake Out
Return can be used without the trait Normalize, so can Wake-Up Slap, which might ruin Sleep Talk abusers. Iron Tail has crappy accuracy, but if you're going the physical path..
Special - This is where it gets interesting.
Ice Beam(Blizzard)
Thunder(bolt)
Grass Knot
Charge Beam
Solarbeam
Water Pulse
Hidden Power
Shadow Ball
Naturally, normal types learn a huge array of these.
Support - Get ready to be overwhelmed.
Heal Bell
Wish
Fake Tears
Baton Pass
Tickle
Calm Mind
Charm
Assist
Sing
Helping Hand
Psych Up
Thunder Wave
Sweet Kiss (XD)
One of the few Calm Mind boltbeamers, interesting. It also gets the cleric's dream list of skills here, Wish and Heal Bell.
Move Tutor
Body Slam
Mimic
Let's move on to movesets:
Trait options are up to the user, if you want STAB but less overall type coverage, choose Normalize.
Cleric
@Leftovers
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
Since it gets the options, why not. Thunder Wave helps it potentially outspeed would-be counters while Sing completely shuts them down for a turn or two.
Calm Mind
@Leftovers
- Calm Mind
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Wish / Sing
Calm Mind boosts it's terrible Special stats. Sing is almost always unreliable as a status move, but still there.
Baton Passer
@Leftovers
- Baton Pass
- Wish
- Thunderbolt / Ice Beam
- Calm Mind
No Agility hurts, but the only worthy thing it is capable of passing are Calm Minds. Wish or Heal Bell can be used to provide team healing as well, but you must give up an attack slot for the latter.
Special Attacking
@Choice Specs
- Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
Water Pulse is almost useless since Ice or Grass already hits ground and rock hardest. Hidden Power [Ground] is also an option. As is Shadow Ball.
Discuss this house cat. And don't be afraid to point out any mistakes either.
