Do you have Get Lucky? If not, it is your first priority. If you don't have it in the shop, stalk the tab until you've clicked on 77 Golden Cookies. Actively click Golden Cookies as often as you can as they scale well and make a real difference. If you have Get Lucky, you can get a Frenzy cookie and then while the Frenzy is still in effect get a Lucky! cookie, getting 7x a normal Lucky!. I am at 9.5 trillion CpS (saving up) and have 342 trillion atm and my Lucky! in Frenzy is 80 trillion cookies. You can also get Frenzy + Clicking Frenzy stack.
Once you have it, save for the Kitten Overseers. I got 50 Antimatter Condensers before going for the Kitten Overseers so I could buy the pink upgrade. It takes awhile to save, but that time is dramatically reduced if you are actively clicking Golden Cookies. It took me like eight hours while I watched Arrested Development and chatted on IRC. It will roughly double your CpS. After that, buy more Antimatter Condensers and work towards the Time Machine and Antimatter Condenser achievements while working at the Cookie upgrades at your leisure*.
To optimally farm the Frenzy/Lucky! combo, you need a certain amount of cookies in bank based on your CpS. I forget the math for this but it's easy to look up, it should be on the wiki or on r/CookieClicker or anywhere, really. You should save up to this amount before spending all your cookies in order to optimise your farming (ASSUMING you are clicking actively and not leaving it to idle), but it's fine imo to empty your coffers for Kitten Overseers since the gain is so huge and it's especially costly.

Cookie Monster. It does a lot of math that is possible for a human to do but automatically, which saves so much time lategame when it's overwhelming to deal with some formulae. It does have an inbuilt Golden Cookie indicator so you know when to click, but if you feel that is cheating then you can disable it. It comes with no other cheats. I consider Cookie Monster completely vanilla and I caved today because I needed to keep calculating how many cookies I required to optimise my Frenzy chains, it's the same as using a spreadsheet or something to automate the math. Cookie Monster will calculate for you how many cookies you need for Lucky and Frenzy to be totally optimal, how much you pay per cookie for anything purchasable (more or less), how many seconds idling is required to purchase something (which is useful, although you can shave it by a lot by playing actively and clicking the Golden Cookie), etc. There's a point when buying another building is eclipsed by buying an upgrade, and so on, and Cookie Monster will help you find this out.
eta: I'm surprised your CpS is so low with those items. Have you purchased all the upgrades / unlocked all the achievements that are readily attainable right now? Milk makes a big difference, as do the income modifiers. If you're using the Elder Covenant, you should turn it off at some point and just keep buying Elder Pledges if you intend to click cookies (and get the upgrade that makes them last longer), I found out they're capped at a certain price which is negligible so no point giving up 5% CpS.
