Cloyster has seen a resurgence on hyper offense, and it's not hard to see why. After using Shell Smash, it becomes a threatening sweeper, as its good coverage allows it to beat threats like Heatran, Tapu Fini, and Toxapex. Rock Blast allows Cloyster to hit Pokemon such as Tapu Fini and Toxapex neutrally, allowing it to take them out after some prior chip damage. Hydro Pump allows Cloyster to hit Heatran super effectively, hit Melmetal neutrally, and KO Buzzwole after some chip damage at +2. Pin Missile can be used as an alternative to Hydro Pump in order to hit Slowbro and Slowking super effectively, potentially KOing the former with chip damage. White Herb is the preferred item, but Heavy-Duty Boots can be used to ignore entry hazard chip damage, thus making setting up easier. Cloyster enjoys dual screens support, as it makes it easier for it to set up; as such, Alolan Ninetales makes for an excellent partner. Heatran is also a very valuable partner for Cloyster, as it can both set up Stealth Rock and deal with both Slowbro and Melmetal, KOing or weakening them, making Cloyster's ability to sweep easier, as it can struggle vs them depending on its 4th move.

I dislike this phrasing as it does not always 2HKO PDef Toxapex and it never kills Tapu Fini after SR (or even 2 rounds) unless offensive and Moonblast shreds it. I would change "overwhelm them with ease" to "(allowing it to) take them out after some prior chip" or something along those lines.

Find a way to mention Buzzwole for Hydro Pump, which is a huge bonus as +2 can take it out after SR.

Rest is great. I think Pin Missile and Hydro Pump should be slashed with Rock Blast and the item order is backwards, but if this was the set that was provided, then stick with it and the rest is good.
