sigh.... yes, I know. But It really wasn't my fault. I mean I am responsible for not being careful enough, but I didn't know anything about the heatran and the other pokemon that traded before were hacked. I was ripped off as well. :( All I'm trying to do now is ask for another chance. Because I wanted to have fun, make new friends, and enjoy being around with other players who like pokemon just as much as I do. But some of the players on this site won't give me another chance because they thought those hacked pokemon were originally mine. But they're not. :(

It's not EV trained, but UT at Lv.46. I can't nickname it because it's from my other game. I moved it over when I had 2 DSes. I only have one right now, so I can't. Since you have AR, you can use the AR Nickname code and nickname it yourself. I don't have an AR, so I can't. :(
