moltres.png

Moltres @ Choice Scarf
252 Sp.A/216 Speed/40 Def
Modest - Pressure

U-Turn
Air Slash
Overheat
Will-o-Wisp

With choice scarf i can outspeed majority of the starter pokemon, and i can annihilate bronzong's with one overheat. The only problem is facing dragon's and Rock-Ground pokes like golem's but thats where will-o-wisp comes in and weakens them to wear i can survive a 4x superefective stone edge and i can switch out.

dpmfb094.png

Gengar @ Focus Sash
252 Speed/252 Sp.A/4 Attk
Timid - Levitate

Destiny Bond
Counter
T-Bolt
Shadow Ball

Gengar takes out as many pokes as possible and when in trouble destiny bond comes to save me :).

Mightyena.gif

Mightyena @ Toxic orb
252 Speed/252 Attk/4 Def
Adamant - Quick Feet

Sucker Punch
Me First
Facade
Howl

Mightyena ahh love him  he howl's first then next turn i can sweep pretty good facade does alot of damage and sucker punch is there for when something is faster then him. Me first is good 1.5x power when it goes first.

Aggron.gif

Aggron @ Leftovers
252 def/252 Attk/ 4 Hp
Relaxed - Sturdy

Curse
EQ
Substitute
Avalanche

Aggron my physical tanker he can survive a hit from a 4x effective EQ from a garchomp since its got 31 Def iv's:heart:.
Avalanche kills garchomp's :)

48-slowking.jpg

Slowking @ Leftovers
252 SpD/252 Hp/6 SpA
Calm - Own Tempo

T-Wave
Grass Knot
Surf
Slack Off

Slowking is good for slowing down gyarado's and Salamence's and is my special defender and slack off is there to help it survive.

dpmfa127.png

Pinsir @ Choice Band
252 Attk/252 Def/4 Hp
Jolly - Mold Breaker

Stone Edge <-- changed cause you damn idiots who keep saying the same thing.
Close combat
X-Scissor
EQ

EQ take out those annoying gengar's except mines is awesome.
Takes hits and does more back with a vengeance.

I'm not real good at this but I noticed all the views and no replies so I figured I'd give it a shot.

Moltres- The set looks good. Moltres HATES Stealth Rock but the rest of your team takes it pretty well so a Spinner might not be that important but with Choice Scarf you'll be switching a lot so it might be a good idea.

Gengar- Looks good, I wouldn't change anything.

Aggron- Even with those stats Garchomp will OHKO, and Aggron will never get to use Avalanche. Even if you get a curse in all Choice Bands will always OHKO and Life Orb will have a good chance (especially if Adamant). Basically Aggron can't handle Garchomp. Therefor drop Avalanche for probably either Focus Punch or Stone Edge.

So what does this mean, Garchomp really hurts your team, and with him being so common you should really do something about it. Here's what you might want to do: read Slowking or I'd drop Aggron for the Rapid Spin Donphan if you do this you can ignore the Slowking changes and while countering Garchomp it also can get rid of Stealth Rock for Moltres.

Slowking- With 124 SpA EV's Slowking is guarenteed to OHKO Garchomp (and Salamence) with Ice Beam if they have 4 HP Ev's or less. 252 HP EV's and 56 Def EV's will guareentee Adamant Choice Band Garchomp won't OHKO with Outrage. So with Ice Beam over Grass Knot or maybe even Surf and 252 HP/124 SpA/56 Def/76 SpD you can take out Garchomp pretty well. You can't really switch in though so it's not a true counter, Slowbro does that better so you might want to consider switching to him. However Slowking is your Special Wall so this could hurt it's ability to do it's real job, but I haven't really done any calculations there. The defense EVs also help with Gyarados but I don't know the numbers. Read Moltres

Mightyena- Mightyena doesn't take hits well. Since you need a turn for Toxic Orb to go into effect I'd suggest dropping Howl for Protect to avoid damage that turn. I don't have any experience with Mightyena though so I don't know much about it, but I feel like OU is too offensive for it to take that initial attack everytime.

Pinsir- I don't like KOing a pokemon with Hyper Beam. You can't switch out after and can't attack the next turn. They send in a pokemon thats free to up their stats, revenge kill Pinsir or best case scenerio get a free Stealth Rock or something. Dump it for Stone Edge or really anything (Stealth Rock? Quick Attack?). Just to be sure I've made my point: Pinsir KO's something with Hyper Beam. They send out Gyarados who Dragon Dances while Pinsir recharges. Now you'll need to sacrifice something to get in Gengar (If he's got full health), Moltres to burn it or Slowking to Paralyze it, as nothing can take two hits from a Dragon Danced Gyarados. So even if you do KO a Pokemon with Hyper Beam you'll have sacrificed something of yours to do so and probably taken a big dent in something else.

Well that's all I've got. As I said I'm not real good at this. I don't see any big weaknesses in your team as a whole except Garchomp, but I'm better at seeing individual weaknesses rather than team weaknesses. That said a team is greater than the sum of it's parts. I'm sure you've faced a Garchomp if you've battled with your team more than once or twice so you should know how well you can handle it. Anyway I tried hope it helps.

Hyper Beam's a special move, Giga Impact is probably the move you were thinking of... although Stone Edge definitely gives Pinsir a leg up on the most common flying switch-ins. If you're looking for a Curser, I'd definitely recommend Swampert over Aggron since it has a better typing and base stats to be doing such a job with.

well to be honest i was serious about hyper beam. I meat hyper beam i put it there to entertain me when im bored :)

Also aggron yeah its good but lately i've been thinking of switching it out for something, also mightyena i usuallly howl while they use there own set up move afer that i simple sweep as many pokes as possible and i wont take out howl since it pretty much needs it otherwise it wont be able to sweep effectively.

But thanks most importantly since you 2 are the only people who bother actually reading and posting.

ooo yeah by the way i have battled a garchomp there quite mean but i manage to get an avalanche on them since they usually switch in on an avalanche coming in. otherwise most likely aggron would lose to a garchomp due to 4x supereffective weakenss to Ground.

Will-o-Wisp on a scarfer? Do you have access to Extrasensory?
And as said, Hyper Beam is a special move now, replace it with Stone Edge.

I'm guessing this is another "UU in OU are cool because everyone uses the same boring shit in OU" kind of team, but ok, I'm just gonna post some suggestions.

Why Focus Sash on Gengar is it isn't your lead? You don't even have a Rapid Spinner, with the SR going around, Focus Sash is a waste really. I would just go standard Gengar, with Leftovers or Expert Belt to hit everything all around. CounterSash isn't gonna work either, your team isn't made for it, or more like, isn't supporting it. Pretty much IPL said what I wanted to say so there it is.

Hyper beam is a special move? oh em gee i didnt know, boi is that ever a problem? moltres doesnt have access to extrasensory will-o-wisp is there for a reason.

are you gone mad hyper beam's a special move pinsir is a physical sweeper
you should give him GIGA IMPACT. it is a different story if he was in Gen III

hyper beam is a special move? wow...thats new
http://www.serebii.net/attackdex-dp/hyperbeam.shtml
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hyper_Beam
Hyper Beam will not require a recharge turn if it misses, breaks a Substitute, or faints the opponent, or if the user is targeted by a partial trapping move (even if it misses), flinches, or is put to sleep after the attack but before the recharge turn.
That makes it a decent option on PorygonZ, who also gets STAB, but as for Giga Impact, which is exacly the same as Hyper Beam but physical, you can try if you think it can OHKO foes.

Another reason, branching off of other people's comments on why not to use Hyper Beam, Pinsir has a base 55 special attack. That's absolutely terrible!
Bulbasaur has a higher base special attack than that!
But that's besides the point.
You really should replace Hyper Beam with Stone Edge, you'll be much more satisfied with the battling results.
