"Canonical" Pokemon Tier List

I didn't notice one of these were made. I decided to make one as well.

This is only for legendaries and mythicals and I gave it all my best guess atm based off what we do know of these folks:

Which is a very, very bad assumption for these type of calculations. The actual speed is nowhere near as high. It's the same reason why if I throw a coin off a skyscraper it doesn't create a hole in the ground.

Im guessing sylveon would be able to kill one man tier

Guzzlord might be top tier

And kartana? idk

Ginger Princess: Dragonite in could kill an armed person. Also Ginger Princess: Kingdra in city destroyer. Donphan is NOT weaker than Houndoom also. You forgot Octillery. It can smash you with it's rock-hard head. You also forgot the best one: Mega Gengar. Continent level. Mega Metagross is in Continent Level. Also why is Toxtricity and Copperajah BROKEN? And why is Lanturn higher than everyone (mostly) else?
