What is the bug?
I have played two games in the 6genOU format in which I used metagross, at the time of doing mega which should raise its speed to 110 and having all the EVs in speed and nature Jolly so that it reaches the maximum possible speed it has lost in speed against a gliscor whose maximum speed can only be 317 and in the game it is seen that its object is a toxic orb, therefore, not having a choice scarf equipped, it should not be faster. This has happened to me in another game, the same situation with a kyurem which did not have a choice scarf.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, I have tried it several times and almost always gliscor or kyurem attack first when they are slower without having a scarf of choice, there are some occasions when mega metagross attacks first but they are few.
