Pet Mod Breeding Variants V4 [Slate 5: Monotype Mayhem] (Submission phase)

First off, I have added a Dex entry for Espeon in its post
EDIT: And finally Rillaboom has one too.

And now, the entries.

New Moves: First Impression, Brave Bird, Knock Off, Defog, U-Turn
Abilities: Defiant/Stamina/Inner Focus
Dex Entry: These variants were once mistaken from afar for regional variants of the Ponyta line. Upon noticing the wings and the peculiar leek-shaped horn as well as the Pokemon's considerable bulk, they changed their minds.

:ceruledge::hitmontop:
Name: Ceruledge-Fighter
Egg Group: Human-Like
Stats: 75/125/80/60/105/85

I'm gonna do a little sub review and comment on everything posted thus far. If you see red (or green if you're colourblind), this highlights something that makes your sub problematic and thus veto-worthy.
:hariyama: :cinderace:
Name: Hariyama-Goalkeeper

:duraludon: :carbink:
Name: Duraludon-Crystal [Eviolite compatible]

:flygon: :drampa:
Name: Flygon-Boomer

:manectric: :cetitan: :manectric-mega:
Name: Manectric-SubZero (can Mega Evolve)
Goalie: A very bulky Libero user.
Tera Shard: An extremely bulky special attacker, particularly with eviolite. Putting something as bulky as that with Calm Mind risks it spiralling, considering we don't have many special walls.
Old man in the Desert: Don't know why you think it's not legal, Flygon is currently NatDex RU, and I'd prefer it over Noviern if only because it's slower. Anyway, it's certainly now more viable to run either a special set as well.
Stormsnow: Between a Life Orb set or going Mega, this one might outclass Heliolisk-Aurora in terms of power.
Breloom-adrenaline
:breloom: :morpeko:

Bronzong-starfall
:bronzong: :minior-meteor:
Psycho shrooms: It's in effect still dual stab. Aura Wheel only changes type depending on the form change granted by Hunger Switch - it doesn't actually grant STAB, either; while I might be mistaken on this, I'm fairly certain Aura Wheel is locked to Morpeko as a species, so having a Morpeko as a donor screws up your major selling point.
Starbell: I'm fairly certain Shields Down is a Minior exclusive thing. Even if it isn't, I'm not quite sure the stats numbers of your Core Form is meant to be. Far as I'm aware, the form change is the swapping of its defensive stats with its offensive stats while its speed doubles. Either way, it's certainly a fast mixed attacker in Core Form.

:sv/Infernape: :sv/toxtricity:

:sv/sandaconda: :sv/incineroar:
Name: Sandaconda-Heel
Da Spicy Spaghetti: While I'm not as confident to say it's indeed greater than the sum of its parts, it's still worth its own niche, and is certainly the defensive counterpart to Rillaboom-HotBeats
Slickback: Very bulky utility mon.
Pop Rock: Slightly more leaning towards special. An air balloon would delay the inevitable, but a Throat Spray set might be able to cripple something.
It don't want none unless-: It's certainly bulkier than Incineroar, but it does have to content with more super effective weaknesses.

:sm/Barraskewda: :sm/Alomomola:
Name: Barraskewda - Valentine
:sm/Umbreon: :sm/Clodsire:
Name: Umbreon - Marsh
Sunken treasure: You're better off as a Sticky Webber than spinner.
Sunfish: A good pivot...but little else.
Beta Umbreon: A very bulky mon against stat buffers. I do worry it might be too bulky, though.
:mudsdale::farfetchd:
Name: Mudsdale-Leekorn
:ceruledge::hitmontop:
Name: Ceruledge-Fighter
:vaporeon::skeledirge:

Mossy Horse: A slightly more offensive Mudsdale. Keep away from the cold.
Dance: Much bulkier than base Ceruledge.
Vapormons: Another specially inclined option to round out our the basic Grass/Fire/Water combo.

Despite what is says on the mod, minior-meteor is actually usable on the website in nat dex. Normally it doesn’t matter which form you use but it does in terms of base form. If minior is an ability swap then it functions like it stays in meteor. Considering the name of the ability and the lore, I thought meteor being the base in terms of other abilities makes sense. If it is stat swap that’s cool but I thought it was +40 to both offenses -40 to defense and +60 to speed

Sad that aura wheel doesn’t work

:Garbodor: :glimmora:
Name: Garbodor-Treasure
Egg Group: Mineral
Stats: 80/95/82/95/82/75
Type: Poison/Rock
New Moves: Mortal Spin, Stealth Rock, Power Gem, Stone Edge, Earth Power
Abilities: Weak Armor/Aftermath/Toxic Debris
Dex Entry
: This variant of Garbodor glistens with crystals that look like rare gems, but are actually toxic crystals.

:scrafty: :cinderace:
Name: Scrafty-Striker
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 65/90/115/45/115/88
Type
: Dark/Fire
New Moves: Pyro Ball, U-turn, Court Change, Will-o-Wisp, Flame Charge
Abilities: Moxie/Intimidate/Libero
Dex Entry
: This variant of Scrafty kicks fireballs as its opponents as if they were soccer balls.

:talonflame: :quaquaval:
Name: Talonflame-Carnaval
Egg Group: Flying
Stats: 78/100/71/74/69/126
Type: Fire/Water
New Moves: Aqua Step, Close Combat, Wave Crash, Ice Spinner, Triple Axel
Abilities: Flame Body/Gale Wings/Moxie
Dex Entry
: This variant of Talonflame attacks with its powerful legs and water feathers.

Name: Zebstrika-Drill (Zebstrika + Rhyperior)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 75/120/63/80/63/116
Type: Electric/Ground
Abilities:
Lightningrod / Solid Rock // Sap Sipper
New Moves: Bulldoze, Earthquake, Temper Flare, Rock Slide, Megahorn
Pokedex Entry: Sometimes found in the Savannah Biome of Blueberry Academy's terarium, this form of Zebstrika is even more aggressive and will violently flash and shake the ground if threatened.
Potential Competitive Role: A fast physical attacker with an uncommon type combo, it can use Volt Switch to attempt to dance around the opposing side, and can use Sap Sipper to turn one its weakness to Grass-type moves into a boost.

Name: Sawsbuck-Pack (Sawsbuck + Midday Lycanroc)
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 80/100/70/60/70/104
Type:
Rock/Grass
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Sand Rush // Serene Grace
New Moves: Accelerock, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Stealth Rock
Pokedex Entry: It has a strong sense of duty and will use its jagged antlers to defend its herd at any cost.
Potential Competitive Role: A Pokemon that work as either a Sun or Sand sweeper with Swords Dance. It can also opt to use Serene Grace and Rock Slide to overcome poor matchups occasionally.

Name: Magmortar-Noble (Magmortar + Gardevoir)
Egg Group: Humanlike
Stats: 75/95/67/125/105/83
Type: Fire/Fairy
Abilities:
Flame Body / Trace // Vital Spirit
New Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Destiny Bond, Calm Mind, Healing Wish
Pokedex Entry: Magmortar lives deep in volcanic areas and is rarely seen. It is said that it burns as hot as the sun when defending its trainer.
Potential Competitive Role: A Pokemon with a unique type that can either set itself up with Calm Mind or use Trace to make use of an opponent's strong ability with an item such as Choice Scarf.

Time for sub review part 2; If you see red (or green if you're colourblind), this highlights something that makes your sub problematic and thus veto-worthy. Additionally, you have around 24-48 hours to finalise your subs after this.

:manectric: :wailord: :manectric-mega:
Name: Manectric-Bloated [can Mega Evolve]
:glalie: :raichu: :glalie-mega:
Name: Glalie-Storm Sphere [can Mega Evolve]
Let Ragnarök come, Valhalla awaits: Very good bulk held back by an average defensive type.
Beaching Storms: A decent special wallbreaker with good bulk.
Hailing Lightning: The mixed counterpart to Heliolisk-Aurora, unless you go Mega- then you might outclass it in terms of offensive strength.
Morpeko-overprotective (morpeko + blissey):morpeko: :blissey:
Froslass-hallucination spores ( :froslass: :breloom:)
Grapploct-tap dance (:grapploct: :Mr. Rime:)
Bipolar: As much as I like Morpeko, the increased bulk is not enough to improve it.
Cold shrooms: Might be plausible as a physical attacker, though it's not going to be taking many hits.
Dancephalopod: Slightly bulkier on the special side.
:weezing-galar: :stunfisk-galar:
Name: Weezing-Galar-Caged

:chandelure::dragapult:
Name: Chandelure-Balefire
Scrap humes: A slightly improved defensive backbone if paired with Levitate.
Let Rome burn: This makes it one of our fastest. I do worry about Sucker Punch, but I don't think it'll ultimately be a big issue.
:Garbodor: :glimmora:
Name: Garbodor-Treasure
...from one man's trash?: Honestly, seems like a downgrade. You've got a worse defensive profile in exchange for being mixed. Honestly feels like a downgrade.
Name: Zebstrika-Drill (Zebstrika + Rhyperior)

Name: Sawsbuck-Pack (Sawsbuck + Midday Lycanroc)

Name: Magmortar-Noble (Magmortar + Gardevoir)
Stampede: Personally, I'd have gone for Motor Drive over Lightning Rod. Still a good wallbreaker.
Overcoming Forbidden Love: Weather speedster.
Cannoneer: Improved special bulk and offences.

:crawdaunt::wugtrio:
Name: Crawdaunt-Triad
Egg Group: Water 3
Stats: 63 / 120 / 85 / 90 / 55 / 88 (501 BST)
Type:
Water.png
Dark.png

New Moves: Triple Dive, Sucker Punch, Stomping Tantrum, Agility, Memento
Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Rattled / Adaptability
Dex Entry: Its three heads each have control of three powerful claws, which Crawdaunt-Trio can use to attack multiple opponents simultaneously.
Competitive: Crawdaunt except with actually usable speed. It already had Aqua Jet for priority, but now has even stronger priority in Adaptability-boosted Sucker Punch too. Triple Dive is a little weaker than Crabhammer but it hits 3 times, allowing it to bypass the likes of Sturdy, Multiscale, and Focus Sash. Now an even bigger menace to slow bulky teams, but its speed is still slow for offense, requiring boosts or being reliant on priority to hit before taking a hit with its low bulk.

And with that, the submission phase ends. You have 24 more hours to finish your remaining subs, modify vetoed ones to be eligible or potentially viable enough, with no more new submissins.

While submissions judged too weak may be eligible for voting for this time, we might be more strict on too-weak submissions starting next slate to ensure future winners don’t require drastic buffs.

:sirfetch’d::excadrill:
Name: Sirfetch’d-Armored
Egg Group: Field
Stats: 86 / 135 / 95 / 68 / 82 / 65 [531 BST]
Type:
Grass.png
Water.png

New Moves: Rapid Spin, Iron Head, Steel Beam, High Horsepower, Stealth Rock
Abilities: Steadfast / Mold Breaker / Scrappy [HA]
Dex Entry: Reinforced with steel, this Pokémon can fight on with greater resilience. This leads it to typically act recklessly, though some may call it more chivalric.
Reasoning: Someone said we needed a spinner, so I made a Scrappy Spinner

oh uh, I see the sub close message was posted while I was drafting this

if this is denied for that, I don’t mind, but I’ll keep this message here if, for some reason, council says I can keep it around

Btw dancephalopod (grapploct + Mr.rime) has rapid spin

Considering there's little change since Samtendo's warning, the voting phase will begin before we get more delays. Unfortunately, we also have more vetos: Swagodile's Scrafty-Striker & Talonflame-Carnaval are vetoed because they were first subbed hours after the initial deadline; (Rasdanation, who also had made a late sub, at least made a request to the council via the Discord server to get approved for eligibility.) Everything else (which is not put in a spoiler folder) is legal to be voted for.

As usual, we vote for up to five submissions, with the topmost (or leftmost if horizontal) counting for two points. The submissions with the top three amount of points after 48 hours will be accepted. And please consider their worth competitively as well.

You may only self-vote for one submission, and self-votes cannot be put as your first choice.

Because of their inactivity and proving not familiar with how Pet Mod metagames works, I regret to inform that vishy fishy is no longer part of the council. In their defense, they are busy with a lot of IRL things, so they may eventually rejoin once they learn how metagames works and how do Pet Mods goes. They can still provide submissions in the meantime.

Meanwhile, our next slate, by Ayecrusher King:

:sv/Dondozo:Slate 5: Monotype Mayhem:sv/Tatsugiri:
For this slate, both the base and donor must share a type. Whether the resulting Pokémon also has the shared type is up to you.

Main rules apply as usual. Submissions that fill in niches (i.e. Spinblockers or pivots) or a lack of types (i.e. primarily Rock-types, as well as others like Psychic or Flying) will be highly encouraged. Now that we have a relatively sizeable pool of winners to be able to choose from, starting from this slate onward submissions that are judged to be too weak may not be eligible for voting.

Submission ends at Tuesday next week.

Abilities: Cute Charm / Klutz | Huge Power -> Scrappy
