With a colossal HP stat, higher than any other Pokemon in the franchise, and with great Special Defense and access to an array of status and hazard moves, Blissey proves itself to be one of the best stallers and hazard setters in the entire metagame. Stealth Rock helps Blissey chip opposing Pokemon when they switch in, enabling Blissey's more offensive teammates to take over and perform their roles more efficiently. Thunder Wave is also valuable for Blissey as it allows it to maintain momentum against opposing Pokemon and recover health after sustaining significant damage, enabling it to stall effectively while forcing opponents to waste PP. Seismic Toss is a crucial move for Blissey, allowing it to damage Pokemon without resistance or drawbacks, including bulky Steel-type Pokemon such as Celesteela and Skarmory. When Stealth Rock is in play, it enhances Blissey's ability to capitalize on Seismic Toss by inflicting even more damage, unless the opponent has Heavy-Duty Boots. Soft-Boiled is another essential move for Blissey, aiding its longevity and momentum, although it has limited PP, requiring careful management. Teleport serves as an excellent pivot move, allowing Blissey to switch safely and bring in teammates to handle threatening opposing Pokemon. Aromatherapy clears status conditions for Blissey's teammates, mitigating the risk of early knockouts due to Toxic or Burn, or being hindered by paralysis from Thunder Wave. Toxic enhances Blissey's stalling capabilities, enabling it to wear down opponents quickly. Wish is beneficial for Blissey and its teammates, ensuring sustained health while stalling the opposing team. Thanks to Tera Ghost and Tera Fairy, Blissey becomes less vulnerable to Fighting-types in the tier like Mienshao and Urshifu-R, while also maintaining its defensive standing. However, this leaves Blissey vulnerable to Ghost-type Pokemon, requiring teammates such as Zarude and Aegislash to bolster its offensive and defensive capabilities, regardless of its terastilization status.

With a colossal HP stat, higher than any other Pokemon in the franchise, and with great Special Defense and access to an array of status and hazard moves, Blissey finds itself being one of the best stall and hazard setters in the entire metagame. Stealth Rock helps Blissey to chip opposing Pokemon when they come in on it, so that Blissey’s more offensive teammates can take over and do their jobs more efficiently. Thunder Wave is also a good move for Blissey to have as it can help Blissey to keep momentum on the opposing Pokemon it’s facing, and heal itself after it takes a lot of damage. That way, Blissey can easily stall its opponent while making them waste PP as a result. Seismic Toss is a key and very important move for Blissey to have, as it allows Blissey to damage Pokemon without any resist or drawback, even damaging bulky Steel-type Pokemon such as Celesteela and Skarmory. If Stealth Rock is placed, it can help Blissey further make use of Seismic Toss by damage the Pokemon even more, unless they have Heavy-Duty Boots on. Soft-Boiled is another key move for Blissey as the move helps it to stay healthy while also, as mentioned before, helping Blissey keep momentum and potentially stall out the Pokemon it’s facing. However, it only has 8 PP, so Blissey must be very careful for when and how it decides to use Soft-Boiled. Teleport is an excellent move, as it allows Blissey to both pivot, and safely get a teammate in on an opposing Pokemon that it would rather avoid. Aromatherapy gets rid of status for Blissey’s teammates so that they don’t have to worry about being knocked out early on into the game due to Toxic or Burn, or even being taken advantage of due to paralysis from Thunder Wave. Toxic is another great status move for Blissey as it can further expand Blissey’s stalling capabilities and allow it to quickly take advantage of the opposing Pokemon it poisons. Wish is another good move for Blissey as it can help both itself and it’s teammates stay healthy whilst stalling out the opposing team in battle. Thanks to Tera Ghost and Tera Fairy, Blissey can quickly become less vulnerable to Fighting-types in the tier like Mienshao and Urshifu-R, while also preserving. This does come with the downside of being vulnerable to Ghost-type Pokemon, so Blissey having teammates such as Zarude and Aegislash really help it both attack wise and defense wise, while it’s terastilized or not.

Hey, QC has decided to reject and lock this analysis.

First of all, this analysis shows a big lack of metagame knowledge about Blissey's role here, especially when explaining the moveset. Second, Tera was banned from National Dex UU last year, Urshifu-R is NDOU by usage since almost the start of this Generation, and Mienshao and Zarude were unranked a long time ago. Keep in mind that, if you really want to write analysis for a particular metagame, you need to actually play the tier, which is clearly not the case here.
