Paragraph 1 (3-4 lines approximately)

Belly Drum Azumarill serves as a phenomenal setup threat on Hyper Offense teams, being able to KO most Pokemon who do not resist water with a +6 Aqua Jet such as Tornadus-T, Sandy Shocks, and Iron Crown after Stealth Rock. Play Rough enables Azumarill to KO water resistant Pokemon such as Latios and Kommo-o. Alternatively, Encore could be used to take advantage of setup sweepers and Pokemon trying to take advantage of Azumarill. Knock Off serves as an alternative damage option for Toxapex, Pecharunt and 2HKOing Skeledirge. Sitrus Berry can be used to give Azumarill a much needed health boost after using Belly Drum. The second EV spread listed lets Azumarill outspeed Skeledirge. Tera Water gives Azumarill more power on Aqua Jet, enabling it to OHKO Zapdos. Tera Dragon gives Setup Opportunities on Ogerpon and Rotom-W, while Tera Electric gives Azumarill a resistance from Steel-type moves from Scizor and Tinkaton.

Paragraph 2: (3-4 lines approximately)

Azumarill best fits on Hyper Offense teams, so teammates that can wear down opposing threats are great. Excadrill provides Stealth Rocks, which is vital for Azumarill to wear down opposing enemies, as well as a ground typing, which can deter electric types such as Raikou and Zapdos. Pelliper can provide rain support with Drizzle, which can power up Azumarill's Aqua Jet. Latios can defeat faster Water-type resists such as Rotom-W and Keldeo. In turn, Azumarill can be a phenomenal late game cleaner once all of its counters have been eliminated and its checks weakened.

Paragraph 1 (3-4 lines approximately)

Belly Drum Azumarill serves as a phenomenal setup threat on Hyper Offense teams, being able to KO most Pokemon who do not resist Water with a +6 Aqua Jet, such as Tornadus-T, Sandy Shocks (would choose a different example since OHKOing the mon w a water weakness and not even 100 def should be obvious), and Iron Crown after Stealth Rock. Play Rough enables Azumarill to KO Water resistant Pokemon such as Hydrapple, (Can't just not mention what's like, the biggest Water resist in the tier) Latios and Kommo-o, as well as beefier neutral targets like Mandibuzz. Alternatively, Encore could be used to take advantage of setup sweepers and Pokemon trying to take advantage of Azumarill. Knock Off serves as an alternative damage option for Toxapex, Pecharunt and 2HKOing Skeledirge. Sitrus Berry is used to give Azumarill a much needed health boost after using Belly Drum. (Remove all mention of Encore, we're just gonna export that to OO later.)

Paragraph 2: (3-4 lines approximately)

Azumarill best fits on Hyper Offense teams, so teammates that can wear down opposing threats are great. (such as...) Excadrill provides Stealth Rocks, which is vital for Azumarill to wear down opposing enemies, as well as a ground typing, which can deter Electric-types such as Raikou and Zapdos. Pelliper can provide rain support with Drizzle, which can power up Azumarill's Aqua Jet. (lol rip) Latios can defeat faster Water-type resists such as Rotom-W and Keldeo. In turn, Azumarill can be a phenomenal late game cleaner once all of its counters have been eliminated and its checks weakened. (I get what you mean here, but the wording is a little awkward? I'd mention another breaker that isn't Latios, or maybe talk about generic HO filler teammates like Lokix and Crown and their ability to pick off weakened opponents once Azumarill has come in and done enough damage. Some mention of ways to deal with Greninja is also prob a good idea since Sludge Wave fucks you up big time.)
