Hyjack wins the second battle!
 
With his opponents defeated Hyjack creeps through the huge door. Inside is a monitor showing a feed of the largest Alolan Muk he has ever seen. The muk is being fed by a conveyor belt of garbage, and as it eats it oozes the murky, purple gunk from every pore. The goop falls through a grate below and is collected into a huge vat and packed into barrels.

On a nearby table Hyjack finds a document outlining the purpose of the project and the culprit behind it.
The villain is.... The Alolan tourist board??!
Apparently the lush beaches of Olivine city were stealing too many vacationers from alolan retreats. Sabotaging the city was seen as a practical and efficient method of dealing with this.

While Hyjack tries to comprehend where this plot is going he hears a cry of warning from Atlantis. The entire facility is now awake and a double digit number of pokemon are converging on his location. Hyjack does not have the stamina to fight that many pokemon and neither does the ref. It is time to leave. Stuffing the incriminating documents into his jacket Hyjack looks for a swift exit so he can report the situation to the authorities.
How does he escape?
 
Hyjack looks at a door, and back to the window. Then back to the door. Then back to the window. The window is not a door. The window leads to the outside. The outside is the key to gettng out of this flanked position. Hyjack looks at Repentance, then at Atlantis, and gives a nod and simply says "It's time..."

Repentance hovers down so Hyjack and Atlantis can climb on, then it turns away from the window, mouth facing 180 degrees from the opening. "Ready!?" Hyjack says. Atlantis, in response, jumps into Repentance's chute, and gives it a Helping Hand from within! Filled with newfound power, the Weezing waits, and Hyjack signals the final "GOO!!!" as he holds on for dear life-

Repentance opens its mouth and - right as the doors bust open and the oncoming goons flood in - erupts with a Flamethrower stronger than ever! The blast propels them all through the window, shattering the glass and speeding even further beyond. Streaking through the sky like a streaming firework, Team Hyjack blasts off at the speed of light!
 
To protect the world from devastation, Team Hyjack blasts off at the speed of light, our job is done so prepare for flight!

The getaway Wheezing out speeds all the pursuers. However as hyjack reaches the police station he is accosted by a final trainer.
"You may have outspeed our pokemon, but you can't outspeed our radio. I will take you down!"
