Assault Vest Primarina is distinguished as being a great special wall and slow pivot for this tier, along with the ability to neutralise check (checking feels like better phrasing here as Primarina is susceptible to getting worn down by hazards and switching into repeated attacks) threats like Walking Wake, Volcarona, and Dragapult. Assault Vest can be is effective at against common special attackers like Choice Specs Walking Wake or even Raging Bolt. (this is a bad mention as Raging Bolt threatens Primarina for heavy damage that is doesn't appreciate taking, Booster Energy can outright OHKO Primarina after Stealth Rock or a Spike. this sentence in general feels unneeded because you already mention the targets AV Primarina answers.) Surf and Moonblast are both effective STAB moves that hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel and Fire types that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits dragon types that resist surf. (The overview of hitting most things in the tier with your STAB is nice, but it'd be good to mention targets you're specifically trying to hit, like Volcarona with Surf or Darkrai with Moonblast, just to name some) Psychic Noise allows Primarina to block healing from other pokemon like Gouging Fire,Blissey, Clodsire, or and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip down those mons that might otherwise beat it. (removed mention of gfire as rina cant safely 1v1 it, let alone switch into it, see; +1 72 Atk Gouging Fire Heat Crash (120 BP) vs. 80 HP / 0 Def Primarina: 149-176 (46.4 - 54.8%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO for reference. mayhaps also mention how chipping down these pokemon opens up Primarina's partners, mainly special attackers that appreciate Clodsire and Blissey being weakened.) 80 HP IVs EVs also allow Assault Vest Primarina to be able to live a Protosynthesis Special Attack boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt, and kill threaten it with moonblast, (Primarina will not always KO Raging Bolt as Moonblast is a roll.) while 176 Speed IVs allow Primarina to be 1 point faster than Kingambit, letting it outspeed and chip it down before kingambit gets a chance to attack. (rephrase this to be less convoluted, i'd say "allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, which allows it to Flip Turn against it or threaten it with chip damage") Tera Steel is there to further enhance its survivability by turning two of its major weaknesses, poison and grass, into an immunity and a resistance respectively. (You should definitely mention how Tera Steel affects Primarina's matchups, as it loses an import matchup into Volcarona but gains better matchups into say Raging Bolt, Slowking-Galar, among others.)
Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offence teams that appreciates a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak on the special side. One such teammate is Landorus-Therian as appreciates the water and ice resists that come from primarina, and this set patches up its special weakness quite well, and walls most of the tier together with Landorus-Therian's Intimidate. (talk about how Lando-T also helps physical attackers that threaten Primarina here instead of trying to stitch Lando and Volcarona together. You already mentioned Rillaboom so try and mention others like Kingambit and Great Tusk.) Other attackers that appreciate this support is Volcarona, with Primarina being able to switch in against the water attacks aimed at Volcarona while sending off Moonblasts at the dragon types that normally wall Volcarona with their typing. Furthermore, both Landorus-Therian and Volcarona are able to beat Rillaboom or Raging Bolt whom Primarina tends to struggle against. (as said keep the mention of partner's synergy with the respesctive partner, talk about how Lando-T helps Rina above rather than after Volcarona) Primarina also appreciates Gholdengo and Heatran as teammates because they are able to wall Rillaboom who is able to hard counter answer (Primarina doesn't get hard answered by Rillaboom because it gets chipped coming in on Moonblast or can be flip turned on. Dengo and Heatran are also not the best answers to it as Dengo takes a lot from Knock Off whilst also be threatened by Banded Wood Hammer and Heatran doesnt like losing its lefties or getting Low Kicked) Primarina most of the time, and these mons could also appreciate a slow Flip Turn to get in freely. (I also think you could definitely mention more partners like Cinderace, which aside from resisting grass also helps Court Change hazards off the field, Great Tusk, which helps threaten Slowking-Galar, Toxapex, and checks physical attackers, Dragons themselves which also appreciate Primarina answering opposing Dragons whilst being Serperior switchins. also check out usage statistics for Primarina's partners to see who else is commonly used with it, as i feel this list is generally lacking in partners. it also feels as if you stress too much about type synergies, which while they are relevant, they don't define what makes a good partner.)
fleshing it out basically means expanding on the basic points you’ve made - the comments in the check will help you understand what needs adding if you open the hide tagMay I know what you mean by fleshing this out? Sorry, I'm not used to that terminology.
It means add Hyphen (which is the "-" character). This is just in case you missed it when glossing over the check.I noticed that you used (AH) a lot, what does that mean? Magcargo , thanks! I'll implement it in 2 hours or so when i have time

autumn Magcargo QC Check implemented, I missed out on the tera grass addition because I don't personally have experience with it and I don't know what it matches up into particularly so I would love an explanation.vAdeRaven can you implemented Magcargo's check please?
I'd also recommend you use this method (video in point 3) to implement - it's mostly for GP checks, but you can also implement QC checks in this way without missing any information. This will especially help with some of the grammar edits Magcargo made, which are really important to proofread for before sending this for a GP check.
Some parts of the original checks have been missed, and it's important to make sure all relevant information is included. If you're ever unsure on how to implement something, ask us instead of leaving it out. These points were missed from Setsu's checks, so if you can add these in as well that would be great.

Mostly for Ogerpon-W + Raging Bolt in a pinch too.

Assault Vest Primarina is a great special wall and slow pivot. Assault Vest allows Primarina to tank strong super effective hits like Serperior's Leaf Storm and Kyurem's Freeze-Dry, along with the ability to check threats like Walking Wake, Dragapult, and Iron Valiant. Surf and Moonblast hit the majority of the metagame for neutral or super effective damage, where Surf hits the Steel- and Fire-types such as Gholdengo and Cinderace that resist Moonblast, and Moonblast hits Dragon-types such as Dragapult that resist Surf. Flip Turn allows Primarina to slow pivot a teammate in after a foe has attacked, and it can also be used on predicted switches to gain momentum. Psychic Noise blocks healing from special walls like Blissey, Clodsire, and Clefable, allowing Primarina to chip them downthese Pokemonfor itself and its partners. 176 Speed EVs allow Primarina to outspeed Adamant Kingambit, while 80 HP EVs also allow Assault Vest Primarina to survive a Protosynthesis Special Attack-boosted Thunderbolt from Raging Bolt. An alternative EV spread of 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpA allows Primarina to survive Choice Band Gouging Fire's Tera Fire Raging Fury in sun. Tera Steel turns two of Primarina's major weaknesses, Poison and Grass, into an immunity and a resistance, respectively. This can be useful against moves like Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, Iron Moth's Sludge Wave, and Kyurem'sFreeze DryFreeze-Dry. However, Tera Steel negatively affects its matchup into Fire- and Fighting-types like Cinderace and Great Tusk. Tera Grass aids Primarina's matchup into Ogerpon-W and can help it against Raging Bolt in a pinch too; however, do note that Tera Grass still leaves it vulnerable to Galarian Slowking.
Assault Vest Primarina is best used on bulky offense teams that appreciate a Pokemon that has both offensive and defensive prowess, generally teams that are particularly weak to special attackers. Landorus-T provides Intimidate and checks the physical attackers that Primarina struggles with like Rillaboom, Great Tusk, and Kingambit. Great Tusk is another great teammate, as it provides entry hazard removal and checks Galarian Slowking, which tends to threaten Primarina. In return, Primarina can handle threats like Darkrai and Walking Wake. Kingambit and Roaring Moon appreciate support from Primarina who can can hit Pokemon like Iron Valiant and Zamazenta super effectively with STAB Moonblast. Furthermore, both of these Pokemon help check Galarian Slowking for Primarina, along with resisting Grass-type attacks. Gholdengo appreciates Primarina's ability to check Fire-types likeInceraceCinderace (my bad) and Volcarona, as well as Walking Wake. Primarina struggles withGrass-type checksGrass-types like Ogerpon-W, Meowscarada, and Rillaboom, so it's essential to have checks to these such as Volcarona, Gouging Fire, Kingambit, and Dragapult. Cinderace, (AC)is another Pokemon, whichaside from resisting Grass-type attacks, can also help with hazard removal with Court Change, allowing Primarina to switch in more often. Dragapult and Cinderace can form a great pivoting core with Primarina, along with spreadingand they can also spread burn in order to help improve Primarina's matchup against physical attackers like Great Tusk.
