The music depends on the replay id, but you might be able to append `-` and a number to change the music while not forgetting the original replay id.How can I change a downloaded replay's music? Any way by editing in notepad?
Thats currently not possible sorry, registering a server lists it.Hi there, I've set up a Pokémon Showdown server with Pokémon balance tweaks for private use between friends and I in a small Discord community that may grow over time. Unfortunately, we need the replay function, which means I'm going to need to register the server. (I'm aware registration is stalled atm due to policy review, but my assumption is it's still fine to submit them with the knowledge that they will only be responded to after considerable delay. Please correct me if I'm wrong!)
But our problem is: we can easily meet all of the Showdown Server requirements and global rules, but I'd prefer if the server weren't listed. Ideally I would like to have the replay function but not have it listed on the available servers, to avoid spam and user harassment. My first question is: is this possible? It isn't the end of the world if it is publicly listed, but in that case: is needing replays sufficient justification to register a server?
I appreciate any info!
If it's "just" recycle/leppa berry, and strictly that, to my knowledge it doesn't break EBC since your opponent would eventually run out of PP. EBC would be violated if you used this as a mean to trap your opponent's Pokémon (or their last one) and use Heal Pulse on them forever as they keep using Struggle. If I force an endless battle with something like recycle and leppa berry, can I be banned for technically breaking the endless battle clause, even if showdown allows this? Asking as there is one encounter where someone got banned for this, but everybody else didn't.
I guess I didn't provide enough info, it's recycle, leppa berry, heal pulse, roost/recover and block. If it's "just" recycle/leppa berry, and strictly that, to my knowledge it doesn't break EBC since your opponent would eventually run out of PP. If you pull the repo and run your own unofficial server you could create a customised format which includes anI am working on a project for school where I am analyzing how competitive pokemon would change if direct attacking moves would deal half as much damage. I was hoping to use Pokemon Showdown to test different teams and strategies under these conditions, either having pokemon have 2 attack and sp attack debuffs by default or by halfing the base power of all moves, but i haven't been able to find a way to do that. Is there a way to modify the simulator in this way? I am also fairly technical and might be able to pull the repo and do some edits there if pointed in a general direction.
Thank you!

I believe you need a customised version of Mix and Mega to work with doubles, otherwise you won't be able to Mega Evolve both active Pokémon. Other than that, you need to make a complete copy of the Mix and Mega format block but change theI'm trying to set up a tournament in my server that is in the Mix and Mega format, but is also Doubles.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

(and adjust the ruleset and banlist to taste). How is it that we still don't have an option to use the original Pokemon cries..? Is that still a work in progress? I'd be more than willing to do it myself if I was shown how to do that! Pretty please.
We don't delete accounts.Hi, I would like to ask: How long the time my Pokémon Showdown account being inactive will result in an account deletion by the moderators?
https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/general-policy-on-name-resets.3522272/We don't delete accounts.
That post is out of date, hence why its not pinned anymore. This is our current policy which is very similar: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threa...-contacting-upper-staff.3538721/#post-6227626https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/general-policy-on-name-resets.3522272/
But here says there are some inactive accounts that needs to be reset in order to access them, doesn't that mean the mods (or the system) delete inactive accounts?
I see, but how long does an account take to become an abandoned account that can be claimed by qualified players? That post is out of date, hence why its not pinned anymore. Regardless, Mia is correct, we do not delete accounts. The idea is if you account goes unused for a few years and a contributor who meets the requirements requests it, we will reset the password and give them the account. We only do this for abandoned accounts though, and we do not delete accounts.
