Yes, the dark water towards the south of Sotopolis. I dive down, go through the cave entrance, and am surrounded by loads of grass. Yes, I've been there all day, and all I keep getting is Clamperls, and the occasional Chinchou.

What the hell should I do?
Keep trying, it took me a long time to find one too, have your masterball ready and began the relihunt

In colo, can you only transfer the dogs out of the game after you beat the game? Also, can I use my Pokemon from Sapphire so I can get Ho-oh?
You can only trade out after you beat the game (the guy in final colosseum, is considered the end).

To get Ho-oh you have to purify all of the shadow pokes.....

I heard you have to defeat Mt. Battle also? Both ingame and in the menu before you decide to play story mode?

Yeah, you need to beat Mt. battle too....Not sure if before or after though.

All I know is that Mt battle in XD is a pain in the ass, I beat it 4 times...xD

So can you explain to me what I have to do to obtain Ho-oh? I'm starting to get confused?

I'm pretty sure to get ho oh you must defeat the original colloseum, purify all pokemon, and defeat mt. battle (I forgot whether it was the one on the menu or in game, so you should check it. however, I AM sure that you only need to beat one of them, not both, and they can be defeated anytime after you beat the game)

Can I use Pokemon from my other cartridges? Or can I only use the ones from in-game?

OMG! I've been at it all day, and no Relicanth! Is there any other location that he shows up in more often than the one I'm already in?! This day can't end before I get this darned Relicanth!

You have to use your story mode team to clear Battle Mode's Mt Battle. You can, however, trade in a team from RSFRLGE and use them. Basically, If you're playing as the dude in blue, you'll get the rainbow turkey. And you need everything purified, in case you weren't sure.

I haven't been Relicanth-hunting lately, but Serebii says that Relicanth shows up underwater at Routes 126 (your current location, if I understand your posts correctly) and 124.

Just be patient. Relicanth is pretty rare even in those spots, so you'll need to take your time. I'm starting to remember the time I had trying to find Relicanth. Good grief...

I heard from a friend that Gravity increases the chances of "[Pokémon] is fully paralyzed! It can't move!" from 1/4 to...something higher (1/2?) when in effect.

I tried testing on Shoddy, but wasn't able to challenge myself. So I used a Probopass with Thunderwave/Gravity in regular battling on Shoddy. It did seem that a Pokémon was "Fully paralyzed" more often than not, but I've heard Shoddy has tendencies to 'hax' status conditions, so I can't be sure of anything.

So in short, would somebody with reasonable means be able to test this out, or know if it's true/false? It would be very interesting if it were true, because it does sound logical. I just don't want a Pokémon based on something that I believe is true based on the limited testing I was able to do.

Thanks.

What special attackers can OHKO or 2HKO Blissey with Special attacks without ridiculous stat boosts (such as six calm minds and Choice Specs; stealth rock, sandstorm, and six layers of spikes, etc.)? I already know there's Lucario, Porygon-Z, Salamence, and Blaziken (Life Orb and 252 Sp. Atk EVs does 54.48% - 64.01% to standard Blissey with Focus Blast, according to Metalkid's Calculator), but what else is there? I'm, uh, trying to make a fully-special team. >_>
