@ Monkeyclaw - There's a fisherman to the left of Eterna that has 6 Magikarps that only know splash. He's the 3 from the left, and 2nd from the right. Also, the Magikarps are lvl. 10.

can any1 recomend a good place to ev train in speed
im eving a 32 gabite

I also use the body of water in the new section of victory road. Once you've beaten the game you can come back here and a new area is opened. Using surf here you can only find goldbat (2 EVs speed) and an occasional lapras.

Should I keep tryign for a Better Morning Sun Tangela?
The Only 30-31 HP and DF IV one I found was Lonely, so I didn't keep it.
I already own another Neutral Natured one with Max Defense and Speed.

Docile
HP: 27 - 29
Att: 4 - 6
Def: 20 - 23
SpA: 24 - 26
SpD: 20 - 23
Speed: 7 - 9

The IVs don't matter when the natures wrong. Look for bold or impish ones.

EDIT: Can I PLEASE get an EV spread for a flinching Togekiss. Also, give me an explanation on why you should put that spread. Thanks.

I'm just ripping this straight from X-Act's Defense EV applet, but 252 HP, 240 Defense, and 16 Special Defense with a Calm nature may work. Speed is unnecessary since you'll be paralyzing them, and naturally you wouldn't be employing Attack at all. As for Special Attack... I'm not sure if it would be optimal to put some EVs into it, but Togekiss's base Special Attack is already a respectable 120.

The flinching set is one with a Modest nature, which I have. I'm not really trying to make it defensive, persay, but "bulkyish" like Gyarados.

I've bumped my RMT thread too much IMO, and I need a new lead, preferably something that can lure in and KO bliss. Although, that doesn't have to be so for it to fit this team:

Maybe... a Golduck with Focus Punch? With a Lonely Nature, 252 Attack EVs, and an Expert Belt, Golduck does 96.47% - 113.52% to a maximum Defense, minimum HP Blissey.

With a neutral Nature, 124 Attack EVs, and an Expert Belt, Golduck does 77.27% - 90.94% to the same Blissey, and can then outspeed it the next turn and KO it with Waterfall (25.96% - 30.57%). I guess that's probably more efficient than the first calculation.
