What are some fairly common leads/anti-leads that don't mind being tricked a choice scarf too much? Trickrachi seems rather common, so I'd like to use a lead that's not too bothered by it. I've found Aerodactyl doesn't mind a Scarf that much (though it doesn't really help him since he outspeeds most stuff anyway), but are there any others?

Lead Heatran with Timid/Naive 252 Spe EVs, Lead Trick-Scarf Metagross with Jolly, Lead Taunt Gyarados, and Lead Draco Meteor Salamence (Specs). (Lead Dragonite is too slow b/c of the Quiet nature.) The lead Gyarados and Salamence are pretty uncommon however, so the other two options would be Heatran and Metagross (watch out for Scarf Magnezone!).

If I would breed a Lucario with a Floatzel to get Crunch as an egg move. Could I then use the Lucario to pass on the move again or does it have to be the Floatzel that passes it?

OK, I am using an ar to find the secret PID of my pokemon and their IV's, it works great. I am checking it on perfectly legit pokemon, and applying the IV's to the IV to PID applet and my question is...is the PID given to me by the applet suppose to match the pokemon's , because it doesn't, and I know the pokemon I am checking are real???????

I know that the applet lets you know if the spread and nature are possible, but does every pokemon with the same nature and spread have the same PID or is it different, and should the number the applet gives me match the pokemons or am I missing something....thanks

Answer can be found in Doug's stat pages.

But if you must know...

Can someone please explain the Ditto breeding glitch to me? I saw it mentioned in the Smog's Little Cup article, but I'm not familiar with it.

It was a glitch where you have ditto transform into a smeargle that still knows sketch, then have the transformed ditto sketch a move (such as belly drum), and after the battle the ditto would still have belly drum instead of transform if you let it faint(that's the glitch part). Then use a heart scale to get transform back and repeat to have it learn another attack (such as aqua jet). Allowing ditto to learn any attack just like smeargle and pass down any number of egg move combinations.

Another question from me, why is Wynaut banned in OU, but not in LC?
I believe this is because Wynaut is allowed in the LC Ubers tier, but not OU LC or any tiers below that of LC. Wynaut really has no use in Ubers because it's surpassed by Wobbuffet in every way. In OU, it's just like using Wobbuffet in OU, just with slightly lower stats but enough to take a blow and take out one of your opponents Pokemon; basically that's what Wobbuffet is used for in Ubers (well, at least to some people it is).

If anyone remembers back on the official server on Shoddy (the original one that was Colin's and Ben's back before or just when Smogon got their server on there), Colin had a early suspect test for Wobbuffet to be played in OU. In the DP metagame, IMO, it was too powerful and sometimes it could live to take out two Pokemon if played right (but ironically, it usually took out Garchomp lol).

Anyways, the point of all this ranting is, now with the whole metagame shifting, I think Wynaut would be cool to toss into Suspect testing. I'd love to see how it'd do in the OU metagame. Wobbuffet was too powerful for the OU metagame, so maybe Wynaut can be used in OU and a place to be used without it being surpassed by it's evolution.

Wynaut is allowed in LC because it is nowhere near as threatening in LC, and definitely not uber LC.

Why they suggest "Tentacruel" use "leftover" instead "Black Sludge"

He can use Black Sludge effect as same as left over and if enemy trick it away, they don't advantage like leftover unless they are Poison type. Also, you can use it with leftover if item clause is on.

Man...I didn't think about that, Thank for answer.

People are paranoid that if it gets tricked off them, then the opponent can later Trick it to someone else in your team.

If it is completely EV trained and you're sure it has the spread you like, there's nothing more you need to do other than level it up.

Go to the Sunnyshore Market and to the stall on the left of the entrance. If your Pokemon is fully EV trained the lady will give it the Effort Ribbon. Then level it up any way you like.

Is there anyway around someone spamming Destiny Bond? Can't hide behind a sub... what makes it not work?

Only thing I can think of is out speeding it... but its hard to outspeed say.. a scarfed gengar.

Scarf Gengar locked into Destiny Bond is easy to deal with, as long as you have more than 1 Pokémon remaining of course.

Keep switching Pokémon until they run out of PP. Or, simply use a non-attacking move and attempt to outpredict non-Scarfed variants of said Pokémon.
