the whismur is in quickball but I may try and get it in normal pokeball if you want. interested in the Feebas: Bold | Swift Swim | 31/xx/31/31/31/31 | Dragon Pulse, Mirror Coat, Hypnose, Confuse Ray
no they're in normal pokeballs if that is okay with you. not to keen on trying to breed them into special pokeballs :p
