Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Pokemon: Alolan Karrablast
New typing: Fire
New abilities: Blaze / Dry Skin (Flame Body)
New stats: 50 / 75 / 45 / 30 (-10) / 45 / 70 (+10)
New / removed moves:
Removed: Bug Bite, Bug Buzz, Fury Cutter, Infestation, Megahorn, Signal Beam, Struggle Bug, Energy Ball, Poison Jab (Total Loss: 9)
New: Fire Fang, Flame Charge, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Fire Lash, Will-O-Wisp, Wild Charge, Rock Tomb (Total Gain: 9)
Flavor / design: Alolan Karrablast has adapted to the harsh, fiery conditions of Wela Volcano Park by becoming a Fire-type. The arid climate made its skin very dry, which gave them an evolutionary advantage in the long run. They even learned to use their fiery powers to target prey from long distances. The bakers of Akala actually love this Pokemon, as it is able to heat food without burning down anything, and their body temperature is said to be adjustable. The bakers of Akala keep how they can do this secret, however.
Pokemon: Alolan Escavalier
New typing: Fire / Rock
New abilities: Blaze / Dry Skin (Solid Rock)
New stats: 80 (+10) / 120 (-15) / 90 (-15) / 90 (+30) / 95 (-10) / 20
New / removed moves:
Removed: Bug Bite, Bug Buzz, Fell Stinger, Fury Cutter, Infestation, Megahorn, Signal Beam, Struggle Bug, Twineedle, Iron Head, Smart Strike, Rainy Day (Total Loss: 12)
New: Flame Charge, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Fire Lash, Will-O-Wisp, Wild Charge, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Power Gem, Shell Smash (Total Gain: 12)
Flavor / design: Alolan Escavalier gained rocky armor in order to further resist the harsh conditions of Wela Volcano Park. As such, its armor is slightly weaker. However, it evolved to have a higher Special Attack in order to perfect the art of targeting prey from a distance. These Pokemon are fierce warriors and will constantly fight over trivial matters. Male Escavaliers sometimes hide rubies in their armor. Scientists believe this may be to attract a mate, but nobody knows for certain.
Pokemon: Alolan Rufflet
New typing: Normal
New abilities: Scrappy / Sheer Force (Reckless)
New stats: 70 / 35 (-2) / 50 / 85 (+2) / 50 / 60 {Attack and Special Attack are switched}
New / removed moves:
Removed: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Brave Bird, Defog, Fly, Pluck, Sky Drop, Tailwind, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Secret Power, Thrash (Total Loss: 12)
New: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Razor Wind, Sonic Boom, Swift, Tri Attack, Uproar, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Nasty Plot, Earth Power (Total Gain: 11)
Flavor / design: Alolan Rufflet have lost the need to fly due the abundance of Berries and prey on the ground. They still have wings, but are unable to fly. They have adapted to use loud noises to ward off potential scavengers. Although they are carnivores at heart, they mostly eat berries due to the great amount of substantial fruits and Berries on Alola. They often injure themselves by challenging much stronger opponents. This is why they have evolved to attack at a distance; they injure themselves less critically with this style of fighting. In order to evolve, they must overcome an opponent ten levels higher than them.
Pokemon: Alolan Braviary
New typing: Fighting / Normal
New abilities: Scrappy / No Guard (Vital Spirit)
New stats: 90 (-10) / 50 (-7) / 75 / 123 / 82 (+7) / 90 (+10)
New / removed moves:
Removed: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Brave Bird, Defog, Fly, Pluck, Sky Drop, Tailwind, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Secret Power, Thrash, Zen Headbutt (Total Loss: 13)
Flavor / design: Alolan Braviary have showed their courage and strengthm and thus have become experts at fighting. However, unlike Alolan Rufflet, these Braviary are peaceful and prefer to spend their time meditating and honing their spirit instead of rigorous fighting. In battle, these Braviary become exceptionally strong and will not hold back anything, contrary to what one might expect. They have learned from their past evolutionary stage not to be reckless, so they use a combination of their abilities to fight without being careless. The Pokemon are revered by residents of Alola, as they are said to be the perfect warrior, unafraid of anything. Their calls have been known to cause major losses of hearing among those who reside next to Braviary nests.
Pokemon: Alolan Heatmor
New typing: Dragon / Poison
New abilities: Marvel Scale / Gluttony (Contrary)
New stats: 83 (-2) / 90 (-7) / 60 (-6) / 120 (+15) / 51 (-15) / 80 (+15)
New / removed moves:
Removed: Fire Punch, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Inferno, Will-O-Wisp, Giga Drain (Total Loss: 9)
Flavor / design: Alolan Heatmor, with the new absence of their main prey, were very weak when first smuggled into Alola. Surprisingly, they quickly learned to prey on a new Pokemon, Morelull. They developed thick, dragon-like scales around their body, escpecially around the eyes, in order to protect itself from Morelull's spores. Some say they still inhabit Lush Jungle, while others believe they have moved on in pursuit of other Grass-type prey. These are very elusive creatures and are difficult to master. They have been known on more than one occasion to do the exact opposite of what novice Trainers have told them to do. Its tongue's poison is strong enough to kill 14 Wailords.
Pokemon: Heatmor New typing: Water/Ground New abilities: Storm Drain/Swift Swim (Defeatist) New stats: 85/67/81/105/81/65 (484) Removed moves: (Fire) Incinerate, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Fire Lash, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Inferno, Fire Blast, Overheat, Heatwave (-10) Added moves: (Water) Bubblebeam, Whirlpool, Surf, Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Muddy Water, Aqua Ring, Hydro Pump, Waterfall (+9)/ (Ground) Bulldoze, Earthquake, Earth Power, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Spikes (+7) (+16 total) Move Changes (Net Total): +6
I decided to switch the rolls of Durant and Heatmor, with Heatmor now being the pokemon with a 4x weakness. I used the attack stat it didn't use to make it slightly bulkier.
Pokemon: Durant New typing: Grass New abilities: Sap Sipper/Speed Boost (No Guard) New stats: 58/109/112/18/68/119 (484) Since the next bit hasn't been done before, I'll just do it this way Removed moves: (Bug) Fury Cutter, Bug Bite, X-Scissor (-3)/(Steel) Metal Sound, Metal Claw, Iron Head, Iron Defence, Flash Cannon (-5) (-8 total) Added moves: (Grass) Bullet Seed, Power Whip, Growth, Leaf Blade, Synthesis, Grass Whistle, Leech Seed/ (Non-Grass) Play Rough (+8 total) Move Changes (Net Total): +0
In case you want to know, you are not restricted to the types you are removing/adding in the moves. You could remove rock moves or add ground moves on durant if you wanted to.
EDIT: can we use legendary signature moves on our submissions? Id like to know because AquaticPanic put Sacred Fire on their Durant submission
Ludicrousity, your Durant submission is illegal; you may not lower a Pokemon's lower stat of Attack and Special Attack if the gap between the two is equal to or greater than fifty.
CoolMan6001, the signature moves of Legendary Pokemon have appeared in many entries, including several winning submissions; therefore, I see no evidence that such moves would be illegal.

Alolan Braviary is based on elements of the ancient Aztec Culture. Specifically, Huitzilopochitl, the Aztec God of War, the Sun, and of human sacrifices, as well as having a slight basis in the Aztec Eagle Warrior. The Eagle itself was the symbol of the Sun in Aztec mythology, providing a nice tie to Braviary itself.
WIP
Alolan Braviary is a fast, offensively biased Pokemon with a focus on pressuring defensive teams. It has a good offensive typing and high-powered STAB options that allow it to put holes in many Pokemon that do not resist its STAB combination. Alolan Braviary has three powerful abilities that each have a distinct use for it; Rock Head utilizes the strengths that the physical side of Rock and Fire coverage have to offer, while avoiding being fundamentally overpowered due to Braviary's low base 70 attack. Levitate sees use in letting Braviary function as a pivot or on teams that wish to use its special attacking prowess without setting sun. Finally, Drought allows Alolan Braviary to power up its own wallbreaking capabilities while supporting its team and overriding opposing weather setups.

And, if you're still not convinced that Rock Head isn't broken on Alolan Braviary, have some comparative calculations:
Pokemon: Alolan Shelmet Typing: Ground/Bug New Abilities: Arena Trap/Shell Armor (Weak Armor) New Stats: 60(+10)/50(+10)/85/30(-10)/65/15(-10) New/Removed Moves:
Removed: Absorb, Giga Drain, Mega Drain, Acid, Acid Armor, Bug Buzz, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball (Total Loss:9)
New: Bug Bite, Leech Life, Lunge, Crunch, Dig, Earthquake, Magnitude, Stealth Rock, Screech (Total Gain:9) Flavor/Design: In the harsh sands of Haina Desert Alolan Shelmet rapidly adapted to stay alive. It's helmet is now tan with the edges of the opening being serrated, giving the impression of teeth. Shelmet's skin is still pink, now looking like a tongue to the helmet's "mouth". It digs shallow holes to capture prey, and rarely moves from a hole it has dug. Competitive: Behold, bulky diglett! While this thing would probably get banned in a heartbeat, it can switch in on a passive Pokémon, trap them, and easily set up curses with it's high bulk augmented by eviolite and recover. That's really all there is too it. Probably too OP. Pokemon: Alolan Accelgor New Typings: Ground/Bug New Abilities: Sand Rush/Sand Force (Dry Skin) New Stats: 80/115(+15)/80(+20)/50(-10)/30(-10)/130(-15) (Physical and special defense and attack were swapped) New/Removed Moves
Removed: Absorb, Acid Spray, Water Shuriken, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Venoshock, Rain Dance, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Bug Buzz (Total Loss:12)
New: Magnitude, Dig, Earthquake, Crunch, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Bug Bite, Lunge, Rock Polish, Screech, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang (Total Gain:14) Flavor/Design: Alolan Accelgor, fully adapted to the harsh conditions of Haina Desert, quickly burrows through the desert sands in search of prey. It's tan "helmet" lacks the lip of normal Accelgor and the opening is serrated, giving the impression of teeth, and can be opened and closed by Accelgor. It's body is smoother, tan, and segmented, and lacking the ribbons. Often mistaken as the mythological Sandworm, Accelgor attacks its targets by emerging underneath them, trapping the opponent in the maw of its helmet. Competitive: A physical take on Accelgor that can function as a sand sweeper or an improved suicide lead. Sand Rush boosts it's speed to ludicrous levels whereas Sand Force allows it to hit harder with its Ground STAB. Access to Stealth Rocks and Spikes in tandem with Final Gambit makes it a potent suicide lead.
This slate's submissions will be closed on the 29th. Finish your submissions soon!
KittenGaming Braviary's attack gap is too high, you'll need to boost its Attack to make the gap less than 50 or remove its +7 to Special
Attack and place it somewhere else. P2X7 Escavalier needs to forget more moves or learn less moves.
Also, saying this now because we forgot to when announcing the slate, but on this slate you may submit up to 3 lines. Use the time you have left to do any submission you might want to.
Pokemon: Shelmet New typing: Grass New abilities: Storm Drain/Harvest (Overcoat) New stats: 60/40/65/40/75/25 (305) (+10/0/-20/0/+10/0) New moves: Leech Seed, Power Whip, Synthesis, Gastro Acid, Toxic Spikes (5) Removed moves: Leech Life, Infestation, Struggle Bug, Bug Buzz, Curse (5) Flavor/Design: Based on the eastern emerald elysia, the only species of animals that has chlorophyll in its body. In Alola, Shelmet evolved and became plant-like from eating algae just like the chlorophyll slug. Instead of resembling a knight's visor, Alolan Shelmet now resembles a coconut. Alolan Shelmet uses its bright green squishy interior to produce it's own food, once again similarly to the eastern emerald elysia. This Pokémon has a rivalry not only with Alolan Karrablast but also with Skrelp, a Pokémon that often disguises itself as algae, preventing Shelmet from evolving (see flavor for Alolan Accelgor)
Pokemon: Accelgor New typing: Grass/Water New abilities: Storm Drain/Chlorophyll (Adaptability) New stats: 80/50/60/120/60/125 (495) (0/-20/+20/+20/0/-20) New moves: Weather Ball, Camouflage, Solar Beam, Surf, Whirlpool, Brine, Scald, Leech Seed, Power Whip, Synthesis, Leaf Storm, Sludge Wave, Gastro Acid, Toxic Spikes (14) Removed moves: Leech Life, U-Turn, Infestation, Struggle Bug, Bug Buzz, Curse, Sandstorm (7) Flavor/Design: Based on the eastern emerald elysia like its preevolution. In Alola, when an Accelgor loses its shell, it gathers sea algae and covers its entire body with them. Not much changes in appearance except color, since Accelgor's newfound algae is similar to its bug membranes. The sea algae prevents Alolan Accelgor from ever drying, and increases its ability to absorb water. It has a rivalry not only with Alolan Escavalier but also with Dragalge, and through battling the Mock Kelp Pokémon, learned to become adaptable like it. Competitive Analysis: A frail, fast but powerful attacker or dual Spikes-setter. Storm Drain makes it one of the best counters to bulky water types. Chlorophyll and Weather Ball makes it an option for Sun Teams. Adaptability allows it to be a budget Special MegaBeedrill.

Actually there are 3 submissions on page 2 as well.
Also just a reminder that you may vote for up to 3 submissions, with the first gaining 3 vote points, the second 2 and the third 1. You can also vote for yourself, just not as a first vote.
Voting exclusively on what I could find, given my available time and the lack of a compilation of the submissions.
Escavalier: P2X7 Accelgor: P2X7
Gotta keep the bug duo together under the same creator, or else we're going to have mismatched flavor for counterpart Pokemon, and that would not be fun at all. It looks like P2 put a ton of work into the flavor as well, which is very admirable.
Braviary: Dark Mage Ewan, S0L1D G0LD
Good cultural reference by Ewan. No, I didn't finish mine, and I meant to replace Rock Head with Solar Power, but I must be allowed a bit of ego-stroking, right?
Durant: The Reptile, JungleB Heatmor: The Reptile, JungleB
This set of votes used the same qualifications as for Shelmet/Karrablast. Keeping counterparts together is my priority here.
On another note, the concil has agreed to remove the submission limit. You can now submit for all of the slate's lines.
