For all intents and purposes I believe the 2024 Circuit was a big success and everyone liked everything, so I intend to keep the structure the same.

For reference, that structure is:
x2 Seasonals to start and end the year
x1 Ladder Tournament
x1 Global Championship
x1 RBY Cup
+
RBYWC and RBYPL for teamtours

However I'm making a thread here for people to officially voice any opinions or new ideas. If nothing manages to rally enough popular support, we will continue with the same formula
 
I feel like RBY Trio's has much potential to make a good replacement for the Ladder Tournament this year. GSC's Trio's tour was a purely for fun tour that's managed to bring back many old and experienced players to the game, and having them sign up for SPL as well. The signups for GSC Trio's were shockingly good and I believe RBY having a similar tour part of its Circuit would attract even more seasoned players and potentially bring them back to the game. RBY Ladder Tournament competition to qualify did pick up in the last two weeks to be quite entertaining, however for the first two weeks it was quite easy to qualify.

it goes absolutely without saying that team tournaments will not contribute to individual circuit points

we can host a casual for fun tournament whenever the hell we want, your post does not pertain to the purpose of this thread
 
I wouldn't change a formula that works well.
I was surprised that my ladder tour proposal was accepted last year.
I'm really happy that it's now part of the circuit and that it's appreciated.
However, I think that we should change some arts that are already very old even if it's not the most important.
