Gerard wants in on Psychic Qualifiers. On cases such as him we denied that possibility (see: P2X7 and Goid) since his vanishing without leaving trace was what led us to booting him.
But he did allow rediamond. On his favor was the fact that he formally forfeited the gym and left, instead of being booted. Regardless it should warrant a voting.
Thoughts? I am personally to deny it btw.
