Hey skylight!
I was wondering if there was a more recent version of this guide: http://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/intro_comp_pokemon ?
I've been using it for reference when greeting users new to competitive, and while the guide itself is decent for basics, it's still dated. :/

hi, can you slot this under metagame in the tier jargon?:
Metatope – the metagame of a tier experienced by players on a particular platform/simulator, in a particular tournament (series) or on the ladder.

Also, change Ruleset to Format I guess and put (also Ruleset) beside it.
