Well, on one hand you did sign the Oath which states that you are under the Court's Ruling. Meaning you have agreed to the conditions of the Court. But on another hand Uber Agency is your own group. Personally, I think you could put up a good agruement saying that Bs has done nothing wrng to any of the other groups and as such the other groups shouldn't get involved in business that isn't their's. I guess you could keep him.
