But that's what I mean exactly. Honesty can be a real pain, haha. It's just...it's how I've always been, so I don't know how I can change it so easily for these interviews...I'm hoping that at least one school will notice that honesty > fabricated sugar coatings :P But yeah...since I've always been straight forward about my feelings, relationships, friends, everything...haha...it's too hard to adapt a new system now?

I don't know...but it is a scary thought if they ask me to defend my views on something, and I give the honest answer and poof goes my shot, lol. Of course...if they ask me about marijuana legalization outside hospital use, I'm not going to show the Austin-ite in me, ahaha, but yeah...it's never that obvious? But who knows...maybe that honesty in answering that question or a similar one differently than 90% of the population might be considered good? :O

AHAHA! I'm DEFINITELY not at that level, XD. And imo, I'm a very straight forward person...lol...if they ask, I'll answer, haha. It's just sometimes during such an important interview, honesty can really be a pain! :P

Herm, see they have a list of questions they'll ask...so I can't really dodge those. I can be vague about it, but that kinda shows yeah? Best case is I'm prepared and just go in and rock their freaking world! :P

Erm...they ask anything from pharmacy experience, situational whatif problems, life problems, life stories...etc. It's very open ended, haha.

well. if you want a reason, i did not anser your your call owing to the fact that you still merely felt the need to post after, i said im busy, but you till went ahed to post, albeit ther is not much more to be said, on that note, also you were not in he first 20 people, so i really dont see why i should NEED to trade to you. as i was the first distrubutor and did my share, i think if you were in my shoes youd be getting annoyed and frankly your 1 out of 40- and considering that i no longer have pal pad space.

actually, i need to give a portion of the winners pokemon. and the GA started over a week ago, and you only contacted me 3 days ago, i said i would distribute and i did to most people for a week. you obviously dont seem to understand that most people have a life, and you need to wait for your turn. furthermore when over 40 people contact you so, would you go to every single one of them and tell them that your busy, OF COURSE NOT. you seem to think that your something special and seem to yet ignore simple instructions. if you simply cannot do so, i have nothing more to say to you.

I don't think I can "Reader's Digest" it any more than I already did - the only way to simplify the process I think would be to have a program automate it, and that isn't worth the trouble of any programmer here, especially given how Gen 5 greatly diminishes the value of the Pokewalker exclusives.

If you dont get a desired nature that because (unless you make connections error or etc) its no possible for that seed under the conditions required to rng it

I currently in class so this is a short version of what to do
1. Find a seed within a the given requirement (ie delay with 0 to 99 and frame no greater than 1079(because that would mean you will have to have a whole empty pc box in your pokemon game))

2. Go calculations with that seed to determine whether the desired nature/ability will appear if you do a certain amount of connections(how many time you connect you walker to the ds in order to get the desired nature) and transfer (the amount of pokemon needed to reach your desired frame)

If you dont find the nature then repeat step 1

There are no easy way to find natures and ability beside number crunching
