Okay, then please do everyone a favor in the Suspect testing forum and play some Ubers matches before suggesting bringing Lugia down for testing. All I play is Ubers and I can tell you it is a bad suggestion.
Do you see the "delete" button right beside the "Go advance" button after you clicked on "Edit"?
Click on that, then click the delete button at the very bottom, and it will delete it.

I have to turn my wireless password off to wifi and battle. I dont want to do that right now.
Umm I just turned my wifi settings to WEP soo I dont feel like changing it back to wifi trade/battle right now . I had to turn it on because people were stealing wireless internet from us soo yeah..I named the wireless name, GTFO.

With rain everywhere, Scizor will easily survive a HP Fire and punish you horribly. Besides, something like P-Z shouldn't be forced to run a 30 Speed IV; frail as it is, losing speed ties with otehr normal P-Zs is a big fat no-no.
In any case, P-Z shouldn't try to beat Scizor, it should leave the job to other Pokemon. -
