UT- Untouched- meaning the Pokemon wasn't touched in anyway. It was hatched and left alone (No EVs, no Experience, no PokeRus, or anything like that)

No-redis- It means "no redistribution", basically that you can't trade that Pokemon after you received it.

You really need to tone down your negativity when posting on the forums. We saw Norman's (a Normal-type gym leader) Slaking use Retaliate (a Normal-type move whose animation completely matches the background of the gym battle). It is a completely logical assumption that Norman now gives out Retaliate.
