well, the Wifi rules say that you need to list all your IVs. if you found all the IVs and it had a good nature then maybe.
the first thing you need to do is have legit pokemon. i.e. no pokesav IVs or nature. the second thing you need to do is post on my thread asking for specific ones. I'll gladly give you most of them, since you're a friend, but that won't hold for pokes such as milotic/tyrogue

Well, considering you soft reset it, and didn't RNG it it... you won't get much better than that.
The best thing I soft resetted by hand was quad flawless, and thats my poketopia Magmortar lol. (Took me about 20 minutes, as I was a lucky bastard.)
