Yea it has hydropump/gigadrain/fakeout/protect. I don't quite remember the exact ev spread but it was 252sp.atk, 80hp?, rest in speed(to outspeed everything).
Also I have already received a typlosion. Can I change it to the shiny gengar you have?
The ones in the banners are from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and my avatar it's from the sequel Umineko no Naku Koro ni.
