Pokecheck has full instructions on their homepage, complete with screenshots http://www.pokecheck.org/ Basically, just edit the Wi-Fi connection on your DS and change the DNS (set auto-obtain to off and enter the DNS at the top of the page on pokecheck). All it requires is a DS, a pokemon game, and functioning Wi-fi. Occasionally an ISP will block DNS rerouting, and in that case, there is nothing you can do unfortunately, but other than that, there is nothing to it really :p feel free to message me with any other question or if I forgot to answer something =)
