DFrog it doesn't matter in the Flashmatch but just to let you know when using same-attack combines the energy multiplier is 1.75, not 1.5.
You have to specify which ability will be used for each of your pokemon in the Arcade.
Actually, Someoneelse is correct, Larvesta is listed as one of the Pokemons able to use the Levitate command.
In the Data Audit Thread, under Pokemon Specific Commands, it says it can.
