it has the folder RNGReporter_830 on desktop, with .exe in the folder. but when i open the .exe it has a lot of weird symbols.

it says cannot open assembly . .. . . no such file or directory.. I can't double click it. I got that from right click + open.

I was wondering if, by any chance, you had a Shiny Quiet Dialga. I really badly need one for Nationals as I wanna run Trick Room. The Dialga I have now has horrid IVs. I also want a shiny or because it'll make my whole team shiny. Any assistance would be kindly accepted. Thanks for your time! :)

Hi Omega, I have the Shiny high IV spread group sheet that you made. I want a shiny Dialga but I don't know how to get the seed and configure the pikatimer to be able to activate the 100% catch and IV check codes using Nitrohax. Thanks
