ORAS UU First STALL Team... Halp

Hi all guys, I'm back with my new team.
It's a Stall Team as the title of the thread suggests.
I never played or tried to build a stall team, it's my first time so there will be surely a lot of mistakes, but I trust in ur help.

Btw, let's see thi new team:

TEAM BUILDING:

I wanted to build a new team, but why a stall team? Well, I wanted to start a team with Goodra, but I didn't want to use him offensively, so all started. First of all, what kind of pokemon should be this Goodra? A sort of annoyer D: Maybe it seems strange, but testing the team, this idea it is not completely stupid.

Once I choosed the start, I needed other members good in stalling. First I thought to Mega-Aggron, which can also set stealths but, in brief, with the complete team I had not a spinner, so I thought to Forretress>Aggron. Forretress can also set stealths and spikes, which are always good. Then I thought to a cleric, foundamental in this kind of team. First I had Blissey, but then I choosed Umbreon for its better physical bulkyness. Now I wanted a kind of wall/support pokemon, and the answer seemed me too simply, Cresselia. Finally, I wanted another annoyer pokemon, but I thought to a particular pokemon... Gyarados. Then, in the movesets section, I'll explain his particular set.

Lastly, I needed a cleaner to end the game. First I thought to Victini, because of his particular ability Victory Star, which should be fantastic combined to Toxic of other moves with no max accuracy. But Victini is in BL, so I should change the team for the OU tier, and I don't like too the OU tier.
That's why I choosed Infernape, with a fantastic speed and a fantstic attack stat. Furthermore he has a fantastic coverage.

MOVESETS:

Goodra (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Toxic
- Dragon Tail
- Protect
- Substitute

Well, let's start with the movesets. U re probably wondering, why this role for Goodra? I don't know why, but I'd like to use pokemon that I like and experiment new sets. So, Toxic+Protect for a great stall, Dragon Tail to spam my poison, furthermore it gains STAB too, Substitute to increase my stall power. If I am able to set my substitute, usually I can poison two/three members of opponent's team.
Max SpDef to raise his already great stat. 248 in HP are optimal for my sub. Gooey as ability, just because I can take some neutral phisical hits and slow opponents.

Umbreon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Foul Play

Umbreon is the cleric. Moves are pretty standard to heal and support my whole team.
Why this spread? Because I preferred to have another "mix" defensive pokemon, not just a special wall with the classic 4Def/252SpDef. Synchronize is the best ability I think.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball

The one which sets the hazards. I preferred to run both of them (Stealths and Spikes) sacrificing Volt Switch, just because I think is more useful to set a lot of hazards. Rapid Spin to clean up oppo hazards while Gyro Ball as the only damage move.

Cresselia @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Psyshock
- Moonblast

She is a support pokemon. First, I thought to give her somethink like Toxic, Protect and Substitute, but then I thought to a support role with this set. At the beginning there were Lunar Dance>Psyshock, but I changed to have more coverage, because I didn't like only Moonblast as attack move. Light Clay>Leftovers to raise the screens.
Sprxymsh130.gif

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 216 HP / 184 Def / 108 SpD
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Waterfall
- Roar/Dragon Tail

Here u are my set for Gyarados. Intimidate has a great potential in this team, expecially if combined with Gooey of Goodra. Then the spread is defensive. This spread suggested by Smogon has 48 Evs in Spe to outspeed Crawdant, but I preferred give these 48 Evs is SpDef to raise his defensive power.
Toxic and Roar/Dragon Tail to stall, Waterfall as STAB and only attack move. Taunt is why I had not idea of my fourth move. I remember that some years ago there were that Tauntrados set, so I thought that Taunt should be a good idea.
Sprxym392.gif

Infernape (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Finally the cleaner. I thought to a mixed set, but then I preferred a phisical set to maximize his power. CCombat and Flare Blitz as STABs, while EQuake and Stone Edge to have a great coverage. Choice Scarf to have the best power in clean up everything.
So, this is the team. I hope that u can help me to improve it and forgive the idiot things that I wrote.
Thanks in advance.

Alright, buddy! I'm going to make this quick and easy. For starters, I look at your team and see no win condition. Very bad. You could try set up on
infernape.png
, whether it uses nasty plot or swords dance it still works pretty well. Secondly,
goodra.png
isn't looking too good. I suggest running this set, because offensive coverage on goodra is very important, and you get to keep your bulk, as well as dragon tail. By doing this you loose toxic. Try running this set on
forretress.png
. It lets you keep toxic, and volt switch + rapid spin makes taking hazards out easy. It also frees your team up a ton. Click this for the team with edits:

Yo,
I myself don't use stall that much, but I still see some major flaws.
First off, you don't use Goodra as a stall, unless you're a Rain team, which you're not. If you want a stall dragon, use Dragalge, as It gets better defense, Toxic Spikes, and even the coveted Scald. Here's the set I recommend:
upload_2016-5-10_11-5-48.png

Dragalge @ Black Sludge
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs: 252 HP/ 200 Def/ 52 Spd
- Scald
- Dragon Tail
- Sludge Wave
- Toxic Spikes

Scald is to cripple physical hitters and Steel and Poison types that aren't affected by Toxic Spikes, like M. Aggron. Dragon Tail works well with Poison Touch and Toxic Spikes, as you can Dragon Tail, poison, the next guy comes in and gets poisoned by the Toxic Spikes. It can also be used to stop setup sweepers. Sludge Wave is Dragalge's main way of dealing damage.
As for the rest of the team, I agree with potato.
Hope I helped :3

Ok guys, I'll try ur suggestions, expecially Dragalge, but for the win condition I don't undestrand why Infernape with the set that I posted is not good...
Ok, he has not boosting moves, but I assume that he comes into the battlefield just to clean up the enemies already weakened, I don't think it needs a boost...

why not set up + priorety though? there could be two pokemon on the field with diffrent types and being locked in won't help fighting it.. anyways, it just makes winning a whole lot esier.
