According to that chart, Mega Gengar is pure Ghost, so if it loses Levitate, it is no longer weak to Ground anyway (and Psychic...maybe it can contend with Alakazam 1v1). The downside to this is Mega Gengar loses out on Poision STAB to beat down on Fairy types. I have no doubt it will crush them regardless with such high SAtk, though.

Also is Orotto really Grass/Dark? If so then i'm really disappointed. I was really hoping for Grass/Ghost.

135 SpA at lvl 40 is insane. Looks like 135/150 offenses, with Ferrothorn speed (lol)

According to this, its BST would be 595. I think you can squeeze an extra +5 somewhere.

arceus can boost to 150 is all stats =p and still have extreme speed STAB..it would be scary
